Normandy SR2 Conference Room/Meeting Room.

"Samara, Thane. Welcome to the Normandy." Shepard welcomes in open arms.

Samara Nods "I thank you for the wonderful welcome, and I am looking forward to testing my skills against the collectors. They are a worthy foe."

Thane Nods also and adds. "I agree. I am also looking forward to working with you, and with Benjamin. He reminds me of me a bit Lonely and sad," Thane Said with Emphasis on the word sad.

Shepard's right eyebrow nearly touches his hair. "You understand Ben?" He said more of a statement of fact than a question. Jacob, who was there, looked at Sheperd, they nodded at each other.

Shepard looks back at Thane and Samara. With a serious expression "what I am about to tell, is something that even I do not or in fact Mordin understands? He is our scientist by the way." Samara raises her eyebrow and nods curiously. Thane figures it is related to his transformation. so, he nods also.

Shepard. Using EDI. A hologram video is being displayed, relating to Ben fighting the horizon attack, The hangar bay and illum. It is all about Ben Fighting and transformation.

Samara Chimes first "He is impressive, He fights to protect and is always guarded. It is similar to a Justicar and how we protect young Asari."

Thane adds "He also uses emotion as a weapon making jokes in battle, making his opponent underestimate him. It happened twice, one against Miranda and the second against Krogan. It gives him an advantage."

Samara agrees but adds "But they also sadness when he fights, it is almost like he is living his second life. fighting with people he does not understand or wants to understand."

Thane agrees with that assessment "He clearly lost someone and is trying to keep a distance."

Jacob comes in here "Well it is not working half the crew love him already and the other half are spying on him, in which Ben knows about."

Thane looks at Shepard with a raised eye. "I'm guessing the illusive man is not happy about that."

Shepard shook his, speaking up. "No and This is the one thing me and Miranda agree on. Ben will never join Cerberus and even with the illusive man influence, he cannot gain access to the power that Ben wields. But he tries and Miranda sees it as a lost cause for Cerberus. Miranda even stated that she does think the Illusive man should not have that power and make Ben a Neutral ally, rather than an enemy."

Jacob quips "And that saying something. Miranda is a die-hard Cerberus fan, everyone in Cerberus knows that, and anything to boost Cerberus she gets but here not so much."

Everyone nods at that. Shepard smiles at the new members. "Well, thank you for your insight on that matter, now we should see about getting to your Rooms" Again Everyone nods and leaves.

Normandy SR2 Lab

"And that doc is less than half my aliens you got DNA from." Ben Stated Right now. Both Ben and Mordin went through Four Arms, Water Hazard, Artiguana, Spitter, Stinkfly, TenTen, Greymatter, Brainstorm and many more.

Mordin nods "Impressive selection. I quite like greymatter out of your selection." Ben smirked at that.

"Ship, ship" trying to argue that other aliens are better.

Tali Analysing the Data of the Omnitrix which she had to get Ben permission to do. as the scanner was being scrambled by said watch. Ben just configured the settings to allow her.

"The mechanism on your watch is incredibly detailed. How it can contain that many DNA structures in a small watch. but it is very vast and quite confusing."

Miranda also looks over the Mechanics of the Omnitrix as well as Chromastone that Ben used "I am more impressed by dumb luck you pulled back there on the mission. You could have died!"

Ben shrugs "I'm fine, Woozy but fine" Ship rubbing his head by Ben neck to comfort him.

Miranda shakes her head with hand to forehead "Next time you pull a stunt like, inform me a head on time got."

Ben looks at Her "why so your precious Illusive man can have his prize."

He said with such drawl. Miranda not scowling at that "No! Because I do not want it in the hands of the illusive man."

Everyone looks at her. Tali blinks "Really?"

Miranda Nods "is one of the few things I agree with Shepard. you will not join Cerberus that much is certain, and while our research is not strictly "ethical"."

Everyone snorts which Miranda ignores. "I doubt Cerberus would have lasted long when you found out we had been experimenting on your or the Alien DNA. you would have the power to track us down and then proceed to take us down. My position is to keep you more as an ally than being your enemy."

Ben Blink, then Blink again "Urm wow, thanks Princess and sorry for you know treating like your royalty. Even though you act like that."

Miranda rolls her eyes. "It Fine Benjamin, I'm used to petty insults and many other sexist comments."

Ben Eyes flared up "Wow that rude, I think you are quite pretty and any man or woman who says shit like that should be taught a lesson." Miranda Smiles at that with a hint of a blush coming. It was interrupted by Mordin.

"Fascinating" Everyone looks at Mordin.

"What fascinating" Tali asks inquisitively.

"I was given a pad on one of Ben Aliens called Alien X, while you are on the mission, I was reading it when I saw a page about. Thoughts become reality. Ben, you know what this single line means" Ben blanches at that. Miranda Notices

"What, do you not have control over that Alien?"

Ben shakes his head and opens his Omni-tool, "Shepard can you come to the Lab Please, pretty please with Cherries on top..." The silence on the other end until Shepard called out.

"I am on my way."

A few minutes later

"So, what did you need Ben" Shepard asked with a raised eyebrow.

"What I am about to tell you cannot be told, not even to your close friends" Ben said quickly. Everyone shot eyebrows up. Tali Nodded. Miranda using her omni-tool turns off the Cameras in the lab. Placed there by the illusive man.

"Alien X is what is called a Celestialsapien" Miranda Blanches at the species name connation.

Mordin Hums to himself. "They have the power to make my thoughts become reality, just by flicking my finger" Now everyone Blanchers. Though Mordin nods, figuring that was the case.

Miranda asks seriously "Please tell me you locked that Alien away."

Ben nods "I must get through five levels of security to use him. I only use him if the needs are dire."

Miranda nods "Good. If the illusive man gets that"

Shepards finishes "all Hell will break loose." Ben Laughs. Along with Ship.

Tali asks "what funny Ben, if that..."

Ben Puts his hands up "the one problem with using that Alien is I will have to have a debate with two other voices, in which we make a motion to decide the action of the alien. I need to at least have one over to agree with me for that action to take place."

Mordin Chimes in nodding "Ah Voting system. Prevent too many problems. I assume"

Ben nods "pretty much. I am also fairly sure the reason you got that data from a friend of mine, I do not know why you have it, but my friend is clearly hinting at something." Everyone relaxes at that. Miranda Especially. Shepard was curious about Ben's friend.

"Good don't want your ego getting bigger than it already is Benjamin" Says Jokingly to relive the tension. Ben laughs at that.

Shepard looks at Ben. Nods "We use it as a last resort, if need be, but for now keep locked up." Ben Nods agreed.

A few moments pass and everyone heads back to their station. Shepard was called in a meeting with the illusive man. Miranda had paperwork to file. Tali had Cyclone shields to install with the help of Kennith and Gabby. Mordin sorts out his research old and new. Ben and ship, go to grab some Food.

Normandy SR2 Conference Room/Meeting Room.

"Are we sure about this?" Shepard asks the illusive man.

"We have never been surer about this Shepard. The Information aboard that collector ship is invaluable and it one step closer to stopping the collectors" The illusive man elaborated.

Shepard Nod though not happy, considering where this information comes from. A Turien Frigate, in the terminus space and fighting the collector ship is a hell of a coincidence. "I get right on it."

The illusive man puffing out his smoke and nodding "see that you do. This could be a valuable asset for us" Puffs out another smoke and cuts the comms by pressing some buttons.

Shepard shakes his head and speaks in the empty room. "Joker heads to these coordinates. That the illusive man sent"

"Aye, Aye," Joker said.

Normandy SR2 Mess Hall

"Arh man Gardner, I love the Chilli fries' man." Ben smiles at his favourite meal.

Gardner Smiles back "You welcome Ben. If Shepard did not get those supplies, well..."

Ben retorts "I hear you man."

"Ah Ben I was hoping to find you here" Ben Turns and sees "Shepard What can I do you for?"

Shepard proceeds to sit opposite of Ben in the Mess Hall table. "I am going on a mission to the collector ship that appeared on Horizon."

Ben Blink while eating his fries. "The same one I blasted. And you want me to?"

Shepeard continues "I need you to go solo separately, while my squad deals with the main mission. You need to gather data of any kind to find out where the attack is next or where you can free any humans. I cannot because I need info on how to stop them and where their home is."

Ben nods and looks at Ship napping then back at Shepard. "I can do that. And I will not need to use your shuttle as I have ship here. Who can take me"?

Shepard Nods "good, I call you when we close and I meet you in the Hangar Bay" Then Shepard proceeds to leave. Ben proceeds to eat his Chilli fries, When.

"What did the commander want" Ben groan.

"Hello Princess and no I won't share my Chili fries" Miranda shakes her head and proceeds to sit next to Ben.

"Good I don't want to eat that filth you call... food."

Ben looked jokingly disgusted by that comment "How dare Chili fries are the best."

Miranda Eyes roll. "Now stop diverting what did the commander want."

Ben Groans "You know it's no fun when you see through my act."

Miranda smirks down at Benjamin. "I know Benjamin."

"Shepard wants me to do a Solo mission on the Collector Base Separately from the rest of the squad. While he is busy getting information on how to defeat the collectors, my job is to secure any other intel like Colonies targets, human captives, that sort of thing." Ben Informs.

Miranda thinks about that "It risky"

"But I have done it before, I just stick to two aliens, Big chill and Brainstorm" Ben informs again.

Miranda nods agreeing with that "keeping it limited, never knew you had a Brain in there Benjamin" she smiles. Point to his skull.

Ben chokes on his fries "Rude"

"And disgusting, Get clean up. I assume you are using, ship" Miranda asks. Ben nods.

"Then you need an operator to make things run smoothly" Miranda claims.

"I Be Fine Princess." Miranda shakes her head in annoyance.

"It not a matter of you being fine Benjamin, you can't do everything on your own" Ben looks at her, Mutters "Fine."

Miranda Smiles "You realised I was not asking for your permission, right I am coming whether you like it or not." Then proceeds to walk after Shepard.

"Girls are scary," Ben mutters.

"Ship" not agreeing in the slightest. Ben turns to look at ship.

"When were you awake?" Ben asked.

"Ship, ship. Ship."

"What do you mean the whole time."

"Shiiiiiiiiiiip" Ship goes giggling.

Ben moans "even the dog is teasing me now."

Ben was thinking about a few things, then he had a thought. He went to his stuff in the hangar bay. He was going to follow Jacob's advice.

Normandy SR2 Armory

"Commander" Shepard looks around to see Miranda coming up.

"Can I help you, Miranda?"

Miranda nods "yes. I want to support Benjamin in the stealth operation. If the need arises"

Shepard looks her in the eye "sure Ben is going to need back up just in case something happens" Miranda nods and heads back to her office to prepare.

Jacob Smirks, who was behind Shepard, asked "Sir?"

Shepard Groans "I am aware of why Miranda wants to go, it is no secret, now let me adjust my Avenger in peace. Would you." Jacob smiles.

Normandy SR2 Gun Battery

"Yo Garrus" Garrus turns around to ben walking in the Gun battery.

"Ben Need me for something or you here to admire my calibrations" Garrus added with a snarky tone at the end.

Ben smirk "I needed your input on something."

Garrus nods" What is it?"

Ben looks around "You're good at weapons and calibrations, right?" Garrus nods to Ben to continue "Well I was looking at the things that came with me when I was living on Horizon and I found this in my pack. It is called a proto tool; my friend used it before he 'coughed.' I was wondering if you can fix it up before my next mission if not the next mission."

Ben holds out the proto tool for Garrus to hold, which he did. He investigated the design features "Impressive, various modes, sword, gun, even bow. Has stun features if needed. Yeah, I can fix it up before the mission hell I might even get some updates on it. Whoever made it was clever in its design functions."

Ben smiles at that. "Thanks, and I owe you one."

Garrus waves his bird paws "It's fine, you need this if you ran out of that transformation juice" Ben groans.

Garrus Smirks. "If it is all right with you, can I get Tali to help with this? I am good at weapons and engineering, but if you want it to last, go to Tali."

Ben nods "Yeah that fine, I come back later to pick it up" Garrus nods and Ben proceeds to leave.

Garrus lights up his Ommi-Tool "Tali Meet me at the Gun battery, you want to see what Ben gave me fix up"?

Tali responded in an eager voice. "I am on my way."

A few Hours Later

Normandy SR2 armoury

Joker over the com "Shepard we at the location"

Shepard in the armoury "Roger that Joker, keep the ship on standby if something happens."

"Aya, Aya, Commander."

Shepard over the Omni-tool "Miranda, Samara, Morden, and Ben meet me in the hangar bay for prep time."

"Yes Shepard/Yes commander/Will be there/I will be there in a minute need to pick someone up from Garrus."

Shepard Eyebrows raised at that "Don't take too long Ben" and cut the call.

Jacob calls out from his station. "Good luck commander" Shepard nods back

Normandy SR2 Gun Battery

"You have it, Garrus." Ben asked eagerly.

Garrus Nods "Yep and it is better than before, with the help of Tali we added some of our own updates to get it using Thermo clips."

Tali nods "we also configure the wiring, so it synchronise to your Ommi-tool."

Ben nods "thanks guys but cannot stay and catch up. I need to get ready for my mission."

Garrus and tail nod in understanding "we know, that is why we did it that fast. We left an instruction manual; on the updates in your Omni-tool."

"Thanks Guys I see you later."

Then Ben heads off to the Hangar Bay.

Tali looks at Garrus "did you see the Engineering of that piece. it was incredible."

Garrus hums in agreement but wines. "It would be useful in a firefight. Now I am wondering, why don't I have one of those?"

Tali hums as she patted him on the back to comfort him mockingly. "Maybe next time Garrus"

Normandy SR2 Hangar Bay.

Ben runs in the Hangar Bay "Benjamin I see whatever project you got Garrus working, works."

Ben looks up to see Miranda, "Well this sounds like a long mission princess, so If I run out of juice in my Omnitrix, I got my trusty handy Proto tool."

Miranda looks at the device, "Impressive and logical and coming from you that a rarity, Benjamin."

Ben Scowls "I can be Smart" Miranda Smiles. They both walk over to Shepard as they talk.

"Ah Ben, good you are here. Where is Ship?" Shepard asks.

"Ship, ship" Appeared to Shepard left. "I left him in the hangar after I went to visit Garrus" Shepard nods.

"Ship turn" And Ship turns into that square Mechamorph battleship, with Gatling guns and missile launchers. Ship Back door Opens.

Shepard Nods smiles, "Good I see you on the other side" and proceeds to enter the Cerberus shuttle. Take off for the Collector ship. You can hear Mordin's voice in the background saying, "Impressive."

Miranda nods. "Let's get going, Benjamin."

Ben nods. They both get into Ship as they head off to the other part of the collector ship. Let the fun begin.
