"Well, well, Well. It good to see you again, my friend" This Friend is trapped in a holographic cage, With 3 people that the friend did not recognise.

Over the planet a silver shine ship consists of 4 passengers within it space. Two robots one short with blue and white colouring while the other is a tall Gold metallic shine with humanoid features. Next to then is a boy with spikey short hair that has an braid attach to it. He dress in robes fit for a priest. The last passenger a woman with a strong features that wearing a white long sleave top and trousers. They ship is flying over a orange/brown like planet looking for…

"My Master here, I can sense him" The women looks at him with pity and sadness. The boy carries a strong will and a heavy burden.

5 hours later

"Master I have come to rescue you" The boy said while being chained up to a pillar of Sandrock. Around them is a stadium full of bug like aliens crowding the three with stares.

"oh great rescue, my young padawan" The master said sarcastically. The women who also chained, up rolled her eyes at the brotherly love these two show.

"oh can you two keep it down, trying to sleep here" All three eyes turn to the fourth pillar looking at a man with a beard a black and white striped shirt, with a strange device on his wrist.

"oh I am so sorry for wasting your time but you do know we are held captive, right!" The boy said with hint anger in his tone.

"Calm down Anakin" The women said with a smooth tone a tone that The fourth captive member recognise.

"Are you two married?" He asks with the master showing an eyebrow raised at the pair. Both blush as high as a tomato, which confirmed it for the master.

"oh dear."

"Sorry master Obi-wan"

"Why are you apologising ani"

"Because I be kicked out of the order Padme/ Because He be kicked out of the order" Both master and apprentice said at the same time.

"oh but…" The fourth capture snorted interrupting Padma. Again they all look at him.

"Sorry but we never got you name." Obi-wan asks in his diplomatic tone.

"right yeah, Name Benjamin Kirby Tennyson, But call me Ben. Also what planet are we on?" Ben said with a smirk. The three nodded and explained who there are and why there here. Ben looked over to the stand where the white bearded man stood. "oh I see, what is he saying up there?"

Ben eyes widen seeing three people next to the white bearded man. "Dam"

Obi-wan gave a curious look as he notice the direction that Ben Eyes took "You know those three. Well the man next to then is called count dooku and the species around us, watching us are called Geonosian" Ben just nodded as a response understanding the situation.

A Geonosian with high plated armour walk forward then spoke in a bug like tone " Raaaa Rag doh, click, Click" The Geonosian around the stadium settle down sitting still.

"Plheew urge click ohh viva lavorvit" Then three gates open up reavling three creatures appearing. One, rhino like alien that looks to have a form of discipline. The second creature which is green and looks to be a four legged mantis, scream like a banshees looking ready to kill. The third just charge in like a cate and pounce on a Geonosian guard that electric it.

Anakin with the wisdom of a wise man said while looking at the three creatures "I got a bad felling about this" Ben snorted.

"Understatement kid of a lifetime" as they were about to argue. Padme released form her cuffs that chain her to the pillar and started to climb. Anakin and Ben raised an eyebrow

Obi-wan was thinking and said to his apprentice "Just relax and concentrate" Anakin nodded and took a few breathers. The mantis like creature slashed at Obi-wan several time before the chains came loose. Obi wan was released but was still cuffed.

The rhino creature charges at Anakin. Anakin the athletic jump over and on top of the Alien rhino with chain in hand. The cat creature decides to climb up the pillar chasing after Padme. Padme fights back with the chain only to get a slash on her back by the cat creature alien. Back with the Rhino Alien, Anakin was holding on till the chains got loose when the Alien snagged them making Anakin fall to the floor dragging him along for the ride. With Padme she swing down hitting the cat Alein with her stretch out legs, knocking the cat alien out.

One of the aliens next to count Dooku said "She can't do that, She can't do that" He said a second time towards his ally. The Mantis Alien slash the pillar down given Obi-wan time to create a small fence between the two.

Ben still chain up was just smirking at charmcaster. She sees this but frowns when the Omnitrix flash. Eyes widening she turn to her ally.

"Dooku" Driscoll who is in his forever white knight armour and Aggregor turn to see Ben while charmcaster was speaking to count. They eyes also widen.

"What is it Girl"

"It Ben hes…"

"Humungousaur!" All eyes turn. Anakin Only heard as he still being dragged. Padme was in shock. The cat aliens was Terrified. Obi-wan was surprised. The Mantis Alien wanted to fight. The rhino alien stop eye bright seeing Humungousaur.

"prepare to crumble before HUMAGASAUR!" A 30ft dinosaur stood tall in front of everyone. The first thing Ben did was taking out the Creatures. While Ben did that Anakin Obi-wan and Padme are dealing with the Geonosian guards. The Rhino surprisingly supported Ben in defeating the rest of his Alien creatures. Ben Patted him on the head.

"Good Boy"

All of a sudden Rolling Robots rolled out to the field. The folded out and blasted fire on Humungousaur.

Humungousaur growled "Fuck off I don't have time for this" And starts smashing the robots. The robots keep coming. Humagasaur had enough he grow taller and studier but slower too. Scale horn spike poke out. Humagasaur, roared.

Over with count Dooku. Charmcaster, Driscoll, Aggregor got annoyed at Ben. Aggregor in particular decided enough was enough, and landed down to the stadium.

"Aggregor stop" Dooku shouted. Aggregor growled not responded to Dooku and started to charging at Ben. Charmcaster and Driscoll looked at each other worried at the event that going to turn out.

Aggregor charged absorbing what powers he has but was grab by Humagasaur gigantic hand "It been years Aggregor, let me show how much I have change since your last death" Aggregor got hulk smashed like what Hulk did to loki. The rhino Alien cheered while fight the robots.

"Any last words Aggregor"

"I will kill you Tennyson!" Aggregor gurgled out some blood while saying this. Then Smash! Humagasaur fist landed on top of Aggregor Killing him. Humagasaur then point to Charmcaster and Driscoll both who look uneasy knowing they fate will come. Both are certain about one thing though Tennyson was not holding back anymore.

Then robots surrounded Obi-wan, Anakan and Padme. Leaving Humagasaur and The Rhino to fend for themselves

Back with Dooku and his allies. A cloak shadowy man walked up slowly coming up behind Dooku. A purple light hovered over the man with silver armour throat. Dooku turn around a fake smile plastered on his face.

"Ah Master Windu. How pleasant for you to join us"

"Party over." Windu said neutrally. Other people ignited they swords around the stadium.

"Brave, but foolish my old Jedi Friend" Mace chuckled darkly

"I don't think so." Two bulky robots appeared behind mace open fire from they wrist. Mace reflects back. Then jumps backwards into the stadium arena after the silver armour man fire a wrist mounted flameflower. More robots appear this time thinner and appeared in the hundreds.

The robe figures starting charging in racing towards the robots. Two Gave Anakin and Obi-wan to light sticks to release them selves further from the chains.

Humungousaur laughed bellow when the robots targeted him and the rhino. Humungousaur look to his new friend "I'm calling you Rhino. Now lets go my new friend" Rhino nodded and charge at the robots. Geonosian got involved firing bubble blasters and cannons. The fight was intense.

Humungousaur was bashing robots and laughing. He came up behind Obi-wan and Mace.

"What Cracking priest" Humungousaur said this when he used a rolling robot as a bowling ball,

Mace frowned and looked up "We called Jedi" as he deflected laser fire. Humungousaur frowned too.

"really. What are those light sticks then"

"They lightsabres" Mace quickly replied who is now off to fight the silver amrour man with a jet pack.

Humungousaur look towards Obi-wan "He friendly" Obi-wan nodded not caring as he too focus on the battle.

A Geonosian Bubble cannon hit rhino.

"NO RHINO" Humungousaur charges towards the cannon. Smashing it, bashing the Geonosian even as toss a Geonosian across the stadium. The robots keep overwhelming everyone to the point where every Jedi was put in a circle.

Humungousaur charges only to be hit on his legs making him collapse for a bit. One Jedi spoke, a woman with Blue Tendrils on her head. "These Battle droid Droids are too much for us"

Humungousaur Pushing himself back up muttering "so that what they called" Count Dooku waved his hand.

"Master Windu." Humungousaur looked up at the count and his allies.

"your fought gallantly. Worthy of recognising of the Jedi Order… Now it is finish. Surrender and your lives will be spared!"

"we are not hostage to be barter Dooku!" Mace Shouted. Humungousaur looks to see he defeat the silver amour man consider his head is 5 feet away from the body.

Padme was screaming internally then she looked up eyes widen "look" Every eyes turn up to look and see.

"HA, ha reinforcement. I did not know you Jedi have an army" Humungousaur '

"We don't," A jedi said calmly while his lower half covered in a metal mask.

"Huh. Anyway" A green flash appears. Ben turn to 10/10

"We need to evacuate once those ships land" The Jedi nodded in agreement though curious by the shapeshifter appearance. 10/10 green armour shell opened up with several weapons firing upon the droids. As he did this he went towards Rhino who laying unconsciously on the sandy floor. His eyes silent.

"it short but I miss you already" He turns to see the ships land creating a perimeter. Gunfire has taken over the battlefield. 10/10 heads to one of the ships seeing men in white clad armour and long rifles jumping out of these ships.

"you man in white armour, what your name"

"it Ct-10 Sir"

"ah, I'm.. just going to call you Plumber"

"understood sir" Ben nods and gets in the ship. He hits his Omnitrix again turning back to Ben.

"hmm. Abilities, Strange. You Have" Ben looked down to see a small green et creature standing next to him.

"Won't lie. Was not expecting Et here" The Et creature chuckled. Ben later sees Mace jumps on with another jedi with a long forehead. Mace looked at Ben.

"Who are you"

"Oh I was that Big Yellow brown creature that called you priests that later turn into that green armoured man thing" Mace frowned and looked Ben up and down.

"How?"

"I have a very special watch" ET Chuckled.

"Funny you are"

"Thank you!" Ben stretch out his arms in the air.

A good 5 minutes later the Gunships as ben later found out what the ships were, flew to the battlefield. During that time the fighting increased and intensified to the point a sandstorm erupted. Ben also learned about the trade federation and the war that going to coming round the corner. Ben followed ET, who later found was called Yoda and was called out by mace for calling him ET. They gunship was heading to where Count Dooku was. When they got they. Anakin and Obi was down. Ben quickly turn into.

"Chromastone!" while Yoda went to check on Anakin and Obi-wan. Chromastone and fought and reflective a lot of dooku attacks including lighting out his fingertips. Of course Chromastone absorbed it and fire it back in rainbow laser form. Dooku was shocked that The shapeshifter can absorb his powers. Chromastone gave him a single growling stare.

"Where Charmcaster and Driscol?"

Dooku cooly stated "they left along with my allies" Then he sparked lighting out his fingertips causing pillar nearby to collapse on top of Anakin and Obi-wan. Yoda uses the powers of the force which ben found out on the go. Chromastone fired of a rainbow beam to destroy the pillar given allowing Yoda breathing room and given Dooku a way to escape. 5 minutes later clones filled in helping where they could. Following them was Padme. She look directly at Anakin.

Yoda saw that. So did Ben now de-transformed back to human.

The republic capital coruscant

Ben arrived with the other remaining Jedi and clones back to Coruscant, where everything was set in motion. A war has begun. Ben took the initiative after a few months and took Plumber and created his own clone battalion called The Plumbers, with the Ct-10, Plumber as his second in command. These clones had the usually white armour but got over coated with green paint that resembles hourglass figures, marks and patterns.

The republic tried to stop this, especially Palpatine but Ben told them to shove it, he did what he want and had a watch to back it up. To prove it he transform into Upgrade furthering his claim when he upgraded all the platforms In the senate building. The jedi allowed, though he need to have a jedi with him for supervision. Ben told then to shove it too but he got to work with a Female Jedi called Bultar Swan. Ben after dealing with the hassle of the Jedi council and they stupid rules, told Anakin and Padme that he wishes the Marriage well but really emphasizes that he should tell the Jedi because of the stupid rules. Obi-wan promise he won't tell till Anakin is ready and Padme agree that he should at least tell that about what happened to his mother on Tatooine. Anakin nodded in agreement but ask who he should talk to about this.

Ben after finding about what happen to Anakin mother "who better at dealing with emotions as well as trauma of this scale and won't judge you for it?" Anakin though about then a light bulb moment came to him.

"Plo Koon, I believe you're working with his now old apprentice in the near future." Ben snorted.

"Please they spying on me. It could not been more obvious"

Padme also snorted and Anakin lips twitch upwards "Yeah but they don't know you know that. Yet" Ben chuckled. Padme the interjected steering back to Anakin subject.

"We have Plo koon come to are apartment so we have a private discussion about, thank you Ben for convincing this prideful man that he needs help" Anakin mockery looked hurt.

"harsh" Ben snorted.

"But true. Anyway see you on the battlefield kid" Ben pattered Anakin on his shoulder then walked away. While Ben was a away. Anakin made plans.

A week after a discussion with Ben, Anakin suggest to Padme that they bring Obi-wan in as well, as he is his master and brother in all but blood. Padme agreed and went to send out invites to both Plo and Obi for an allotted time.

Both arrived on time at the same time. C3POgreeted them and invited them in "Oh thank you for coming, if you follow me please and I must say……" They do so and meet Anakin and Padme next to each other sitting on a huge love seat.

Anakin stood up and bow "Thank you coming masters. Please have a seat" He point to the seat opposite him

Obi-wan nodded and sat understating where this is going. He also glad to be here and felt trusted for this moment. Plo Koon was surveying trying understand what about to transpire. Anakin sees and nods for him to trust him. Plo nods back and sits next to Obi-wan. Anakin then started off without given way for questions. He talked about his mother how he killed the Tuskens for revenge and his marriage to Padme. He went into detail about the event letting them know of how much damage he caused. Anakin started weeping after that with Padme holding him by her side. Obi-wan started with a hand tap on Anakin shoulder.

"Anakin I am so sorry about your mother. I am you master I failed to see you harbour these emotions but you holding them back while we were fighting Dooku makes me proud, and I failed to help you control your emotions better when you were training" Anakin nodded still weeping happy that Obi wan was proud at least for something.

Plo Koon then had his say "Anakin While I won't be able understand the grief your facing . I am proud that you came forward about this and I will help you. To start we need to meditate going forward to help control those feelings better, not saying they be perfect, no jedi is but it help you get control better in the long run. I also make a request that you be postponed you deployment until you're ready for active combat. The other thing is your marriage."

Padme then spoke with a understanding in her tone "I have been told of the consequence of what happens when a Jedi gets married."

Plo Koon nodded in respect "Then you understand that many of the council would see Anakin gone for this. I however won't as will two others in the council." Padme was shocked Anakin was that hated in the order. She look to obi who shown through his expression confirms what Plo-koon saying.

Obi-wan sees her expression "I am one of the two the other happens to be are local doctor, kit fisto as he express a similar desire in Anakin from his many adventures. I also know many other Jedi that consider friends with my apprentice but are not on the council." Anakin chuckled remembering the times he ended up in med bay at the temple.

Padme continued looking at the two elder Jedi "then is there something that can be done." Plo koon nodded.

"Yes You see Senator. A jedi can put in a special request. Anakin fits a certain criteria. When a Jedi feels Isolated. It rare but it known very recently that certain Jedi and padawans does not do well in cities. Too many people, too much control, there have been called weak for it, useless. This was the solution. No one used it and no one lived to use it. " everyone had a grim expression understating the weight of Plo words.

Anakin with a brave expression after weeping so much "I do it" Plo nodded and set out a plan for Anakin. Plo through the planning, suggested to talk to Yoda, as much as Yoda claims he neutral he will he help when asked. The plan was as follows. Plo and Anakin will set a time for mediation to help with Anakin deal with his emotion with the assistance of Yoda. Obi-wan will put out a special request for Anakin and Padme will work on delaying Anakin deployment just in case Plo request feel through, as it was Palpatine who was in charge of it for some strange reason. Everyone nodded with the plan. Plo when to talk to Anakin privately letting him know that he looks better now than he did when he first join the order.

The Clone Wars has Begun

Now the war has started The chain of events have transpired, where Plo made the request to the council and convincingly allowed Anakin to stay married. Though a lot of the council members were disgruntled that they request an investigation on Anakin time in the temple. Only kit fisto, Plo koon, Yoda and Obi-wan saw the change in Anakin. The investigation made the disgruntled Jedi look at the padawans, as many Jedi had to come forward to express their opinion about him for that special request to be accepted in they heads. Let just say Mace windu never seem so much Jealousy and hatred in a lifetime at the temple. After some time Anakin was made Jedi knight, Then after that continued on with his meditation with Plo koon and Yoda when he is able. When he was ready, he went out on deployment with his newly 501st . The enemy now known as the separatist to the republic started they campaign in the outer reigns of space, targeting planets that are in the boarder of republic space.

Even going as far aid in space battles in his Jetray, Atomix, Sky crawler and Astrodactyl forms respectfully. Ben made also has more but keep them in reserve in case something happens that requires them.

Further into the war, clone troopers started using 2nd generation clone armour. Captain Rex of the 501st combine his 1st generation and 2nd. They were many incidents that effect the republic both internally and externally that made a lot of people wary of The Palpatine. Such incidents is umbra and the traitor jedi. The clone traitor and most importantly the Jedi bombings which made Anakin lose more faith in the jedi than he did previously because the one effected was his apprentice Asoka Tano. Ben, Plo and Anakin figured out that Barriss offee framed Asoka for said bombings due to evidence provide by one Ventress, who was abandon by Dooku. This lead into an argument with Ben and the Jedi Council on how quickly they kicked out Asoka with no actual evidence and how a lot of people are losing trust with them because of bloody politics. This made Palpatine make a move on Anakin but backfired when Anakin thanks to Plo and Yoda, had more control of his emotions. That made Ben suspicious of Palpatine when notice how quick he acted and told Padme in secret about how quick Palpatine was to help Anakin. Padme said it was fine but looked into it. Ben nodded and went back to freeing slaves in the outer rim without the republic permission though there nothing they can do about it because the people like him more than the republic themselves.

Ben Jedi Partner Bultar Swan had to leave for important business with the Jedi which lead to a new partnership with Tarkin. Ben hates him. During their partnership Tarkin would Argue with Ben on how to run the clones. Tarkin preferred quantity. Ben preferred quality and friendship of course. In one argument Tarkin Nealy slip about a chip but moved on from Ben command to his own leaving Ben wondering about what chip Tarkin referring to.

A few more years down the line with the war raging on both sides. A incident with a clone trooper name Tup from the 501st. He killed a Jedi during the battle of Ringo Vinda. This incident lead to his capture and medically examined by the kaminoans Ben went there to see what the fuss is about with Plumber. Normally he would not be allowed entry but with Plumber there as a plus one it makes things easier. Plus Ben aided the clones protecting they home of Kamino where Ben meet General Grievous for the first time. A four arm mechanical monster that Ben had to use Gutrot to turn the tables. Ben was there when the event of fives another 501st trooper, and a ark trooper at that. Started to act crazy, but Ben listened to him and carefully too.

"So these chips. There used to control you?"

Fives nodded, replied with haste response "Yes, yes. There over hundreds order within the chips and out of all of them order 66 is the worse one. We have been made to kil the Jedi" That put Ben is a spiral himself not as Bad as Fives or the droid that hovering around him. Ben pull up his Omnitrix.

"plumber bring a set of 100th legion armour set. We massing a breakout."

"understood sir" Plumber does not question Ben orders as this is just long list of crazy plans that work.

Fives looked at Ben like he grown a second head. The droid AZI-3 also was confused. Ben answered with a calm voice. "you're not the first to mention this chip to me"

Plumber came by with the armour and help fives and AZI-3 escaped. Once they got out, they met up with Rex, Plo, Anakin, Padme and Senate Chuchi who has worked closely with Ben helping those slaves that he freed on Ben Venator star destroy, The Rustbucket.

"Fives Tell them, what you told me." So fives did and went into great detail about the chips with AZI-3 adding some medical analysis along the way.

"We need to warn the republic and the Jedi" Padme said. Ben snorted.

"They too focus on the war. They shrugged this off like they did with Asoka."

Plo nodded sadly and slowly "He is right I am afraid. The war has consumed the Jedi to the point we can't use the force like we did before" Anakin nodded to, it did not help that certain Jedi do not trust Anakin much due to his chosen one status.

Chuchi came forward "well at the very least we need to subtly take the chips out of the clones. The harm that they will cause if not." Fives nodded towards AZI-3 who coming forwards. They both looked at Anakin.

"I was told you have a medic in the 501st" Anakin nodded. He has not been saying much. Rex either as he feel betrayed by the ones who made him.

"Yes kix. Send what you have to him and I have the 501st Chips sorted out" Rex was standing to attention "I get on it sir" Rex Saluted and walk out.

"he not happy" Anakin murtterd.

Ben Shaked his head "Can you blame him"

"No. I can't. Plo how you going to deal with the chip?"

Plo crossed his arms "I will have Ben plumber medics deal with it. if that acceptable of course?"

"it is. We make it out as a joint mission Venture for some special mission. I get started on my force while I wait for yours to come" Plo nods his head in agreement with the plan.

Padme and Tucci came forward with a plan "We decide to spread rumours of this see if we can't stir the pot."

"Careful. Tarkin not Dumb. He know the rumours with have merit behind them" Ben said with a hint of anger.

"Why Tarkin?" Anakin asks. Plo was curious too.

"because he let it slip in an argument with abouts the chip before fives mentioned it" Eyes widen at the news. Padme panicked that the infrastructure of their republic is more corrupted than she dealing with

"That would mean, Palpatine knows as well given that Tarkin is his right hand man on military matters" Plo pointed out and Ben nods knowing that as a fact. Padme and Chuchi are still going forward with this even with the wall that blocking them. Anakin trust in Palpatine is slowly losing it grip and Palpatine notices.

After that Everyone went to work. Anakin started straight away with Rex being the first, which later was followed by Kix. The plumbers and the wolf pack, Plo koon legion, did there as well and since they in smaller numbers, they quicker to manged which lead to them helping the 501st regiment. After the chips where safely out. The Bad Batch a batch of clones that are disfigured, enhanced individuals that are used for black ops mission. They have heard about the chip removal through the grape vine and ask for there's to be removed as well.

Furter into the war the Bad batch returned to aid Anakin, Cody (Obi-wan clone commander) and Rex on Anaxes as the separatist seem to have access to the clones algorithm codes though a communication tower. This makes fighting the droids harder as they know how to predict the clones action, plans and routines. So they went out to find the source of how they manage to get access to clones algorithm. Tech (one of the bad batch members.) found an audio signal through the communication channels.

Rex Muttered "Echo"

When Rex found out Echo was alive he went on a rescue mission to Skako Minor with the bad batch and Anakin. Rex also contacted Ben For fives assistance on the matter as five and echo were brothers from the same squad. Domino squad with fives technically speaking being the last remainder member of said squad with echo apparently dying at a prison rescue on the planet Lola Sayu, with the prison being called the citadel. Ben agreed and rex meet up with Fives at a choke point halfway through the rescue mission. They found echo through a techno union station. Echo was turn into a cyborg but with his enhanced abilities, Rex squad was able to escape. Later they need to take out the capital ship that running the offensive above Anaxes.

The team infiltrates the capital ship that being run by Admiral Trench, one of the separates leading admirals. The team went in and shut down the droids through Echo new toys. Anakin had a moment of true darkness when he impaled Admiral Trench. He used the breathing exercise that Plo taught him in the medication to calm down. Then went to his way back to the team with a switch in hand. He gave the switch to wrecker ( another bad batch member who loves bombs!).

That Battle of Coruscant

The Battle was harsh for Obi-wan and Anakin as they were flying around to rescue the chancellor Palpatine. While they were on the rescue mission Ben was fighting on the grounds with his plumbers, Helping civilians and fighting waves of droids in his Lodstar Form. Commander Plumber used as many men to create a blockade on the streets making easy to single out droids. The Rustbucket is helping the 501st protect from space. At he same time Asoka is helping out in Mandalore to arrest Maul. A Darkside user that has passion for power and revenge. With the assistance of her newly acquired 332nd commander by the newly promoted Commander Rex. The battle rage on for a few hours till we here the news that Palpatine was rescued and Dooku has died by the hands of Anakin. Though General grievous has escaped

Anakin went to talk about Killing Dooku under Palpatine direct orders. Though was also excited as he was becoming a farther

"Do it. He said"

"That not concerning at all. Doesn't the Jedi have jurisdiction over Sith matters." Ben ask sarcastically like he stating the obvious.

Obi-wan nodded "Indeed. I must report this to the council at once." Ben snorted at that knowing the Council are going to do something stupid. Padme agreed with Ben. She who married to Anakin are starting to feel the pressure of the jedi and they plans. Which has cause further turmoil within the senate. This adding on to the fact that Anakin been getting nightmares about Padme death. Padme was also pregnant which did not help matters.

A week later

"Guess what. The council plans to do something stupid. They want Anakin to spy on the Chancellor." Padme exclaimed to Chuchi. They have become close friends over the war. Ben snorted in the background and walked towards them.

"I have Plumber set up LAATi Gunships, Ready just in case. I Don't like where this is going and I sure don't like what the council is doing. I have a planet that I found that can be used in case we need to go into hiding". Padme and Tucci nodded.

A few months later.

Ben was in a closed channel on his venator Rustbucket with Anakin "Shit. The Jedi went to attack Palpatine and Palpatine himself orchestrated this mess because he a Sith lord" Ben Ask Anakin who drenched in sweat nodded.

"Yes, I need to go and save mace."

"Go I get Padme up here for protection." Ben turn to look at Plumber. "Get a LAATi down to Skywalker residence. Now!" Plumber nodded and set out orders.

Padme residence.

Padme was sitting with a cup of tea in hand talking to Chuchi when the gunship landed on the residence platform. Clone Sargent Maxwell can marching in.

"We need take you to the Rustbucket mam. It seems the Jedi have attack Palpatine claiming he is the Sith lord" Padme gasped. Chuchi grabed Padme by the side, keeping her balanced while steading her belly.

"Chuchi coming with me. If that alright Sargent" Padme said making it clear it was not a request. Luckily Sargent Maxwell understood.

"Of course, Mam, both of you follow me" Both nodded and followed the Sargent to the gunship.

Back on the rustbucket

Ben is speaking to Asoka and Rex over a closed channel "Head to these coordinates. I don't know what happening but it happening soon"

"Of course thank you for informing….. and keep skyguy safe would you" Ben snorted.

"I try but he keeps finding trouble" Asoka chuckled before cut coms

A few hours later Down at the Temple.

"We need to evacuate the Jedi" Mace exclaimed. coming in the temple injured and heavily scared. Anakin nodded helping mace through the doors. A jedi came forward helping mace towards med station. Cin Drallig a jedi who job is to protect the Temple ask Anakin what happening.

"send word to any Jedi across the stars. We been betrayed and prepare for evacuation of the temple, Palp…" but before he can finish, A commander Appo came sprinted forward.

"General you need to see this." He open is communicator and then Anakin sees Palpatine "commander Appo. The time has come Execute order 66" Anakin sweats. It happening. Cin Drallig ask what going on than a Jedi came forward.

"Sirs you need to see this" the he pulled a holographic disfigured face of Palpatine.

"Citizens of the civilized galaxy, on this day we mark a transition. For a thousand years, the Republic stood as the crowning achievement of civilized beings. But there were those who would set us against one another, and we took up arms to defend our way of life against the Separatists. 5 minutes later, Anakin, with Commander Appo and Plumber, evacuation the jedi as quickly as possible using LAATi Gunships that Ben readied earlier. A temple guard marched forward and approaches Cin Drallig.

"Master Drallig, the Coruscant guard are approaching us. Heavily armed and ready " Cin Drallig nodded Cin Drallig looked to Anakin "Go I keep them at bay with the temple guards. To by you sometime" Anakin nodded, sadden by this news, but he understands. Anakin the looks to the younglings then to master Rig Nema.

"Master Nema. You get the younglings and injured master windu on the plumber gunship. I am leaving you in charge of they care. Pick any knight to assisted you as well" Anakin stated. Rig Nema nodded at started leading the younglings to the gunship.

In the rustbucket.

"Dammit, get in contact with Yoda, Plo, Obi-wan, anyone. You daff machine" Ben shouted. Then a ping appeared. Ben accepted. It Tarkin

"Benjamin. I hope you have seen the recant news"

"Oh yeah, I seen it. Not impressed" Ben sarcastically mention. Tarkin frowned in response.

"You know he got more power now. It will make life so much easier if you corporate"

"Very well, clones, arrest him for treason" No clones moved, not even pulling out the weapons ,shocking Tarkin. Then, Anakin came in the room.

"Everyone evacuate…. Ah I see you busy, I come back later" Turns around ready to leave but…

"Skywalker. What going?" Tarkin was confused. Commander Fox said the Jedi was wiped.

"Ah, Tarkin you see, your little emperor forgot one simple fact."

"Fives why don't you introduce yourself" Fives does opening his helmet. Shocking Tarkin releasing that.

"no. you knew about the chips"

"Yep. Prepare for warp we getting out of here," Ben said to a clone. Who nodded in return. Ben turn to Anakin. Telling him to get ready. Anakin nods and leaves to be with Padme.

Ben turns around back to Tarkin "Bye Felicia" coms cut. The 501st and plumbers venators have left Coruscant space. Leaving a raging Bull know as Tarkin pissed.

Palpatine office.

"Explain to me Tarkin, Fox. Why have the clones not fulfilled they duty." Fox gulped.

"it seems sir that Fives. Clone trooper 5555 was alive and well. He told General Tennyson about the chips as well as order 66 sir" Palpatine never made a sound, he never even moved just silence. Tarkin and Fox side eyed each other.

"Get out! NOW!" They do so very quickly.

On the Rustbucket.

Many Jedi gather around to talk about what happened and the fall of the republic "I already sent a transmission of what happened through the codex. We should gain more news on any surviving Jedi" Anakin stated to other Jedi and Ben.

"Where was Obi-wan, Plo Koon and Yoda at the time." Ben ask.

"Obi-wan went to Utapau. General grievous was spotted along with your friend Driscol that what properly triggered Palpatine to make his move" Mace, who still injured answered.

"Yoda went to kashyyyk to aid the wookies along with Master Luminara" Anakin answered

"And Plo Koon went to Cato Neimoidia. Separates was trying to gain a foot hold on it resources" Mace Answered. "Now What I want to know is how you two" Mace point to Anakin and Ben "About the chips. Why weren't we warned" Many Jedi murmured in a hush tone.

Ben snorted "We did, but you brushed it off like you did with Asoka. Palpatine Had you in his grubby fingers. Obi-wan was Specific on telling the council before he made his move on removing of the chips. Which by the way he did not. So it safe to say his clones attack him. I assume no one heard from Charmcaster"

Mace Frowned "No, she disappeared after the attack on the clone home world. Did Plo…."

"Pretty sure he alive the wolf pack had there's chip removed" Mace nodded sighing a relief. Then continued "we need a plan. We need to hide"

After the War was finished. The Galactic republic became the Galactic Empire. Over the years though. The clones started disappearing and replaced by Stormtroopers by the numbers. Over time many started fighting back against the empire.

The surviving jedi made it Tython where clones made a base camp near the mountain tops and a temple nearby to allow the Jedi to thrive. Many Jedi made it to the new Temple. Obi-wan was the first. He explain that he meet up with Yoda and said that Yoda is going into self-isolation. The clones with the help of Ben watch had the ability to make more clones without the need of Jango Fett DNA given the army a new fresh of paint and a new lab for the kaminoans. Plo later arrive with the wolf packed. After that, the Bad batch with Omega. Asoka and Rex arrived before everyone else and had prepared for everyone arrival. Asoka also decided that she Join Ben in the fight back against the empire. Padma with the help of Chuchi, a medical droid and Medic clones. She gave birth to twins. A Luke and a Leia Skywalker. Mace surprisingly suggest that they wait and see how they powers developed over time and decide who best to train them then. Padme and Anakin Agree. During the course of they stay on Tython,

A few year later

It been a few years now and Mace became the new Jedi Grand Master since he was the second after Yoda and has made great strides in improving what the Jedi miss, by adding new rules and taking out some outdated rules. Alongside him is Plo who became Mace second. Anakin became the training Jedi to train the younglings with Padme and Tucci to teach them diplomacy. Some of the older first generation clones have become the old veterans of the group, sporting white hair to mask they skill.

Ben recently heard about the rebel cells opening up and growing. One particular cell that was fighting back was happening in Lothal. Rex, who Older now, got in contact with more clones that were exiled from the empire. Some of Rex's contacts were helping out in Lothal. Ben decided to check it out with Mace and Anakin, as they sense a Jedi presence there. Asoka accompanies them as well as She knows some contacts out that far.

"Those are Clone Wars venators but…."

"Anakin Skywalker/General Skywalker"

"That me in my starfighter oh I don't worry we brought reinforcements. Cody" his tone clip a bit seeing Cody. Soon after Y-wing bombers and ARC-170 launch out of the venators attacking the star destroyer. Following them was a huge green dragon.

The battle in the air was quick but harsh. The clones lost a few of the men but the stormtroopers lost more. When the LAAT gunships landed a onslaught broke out, Kevin The Clone new commander of the Plumbers lead the charge pushing forward into the empire fortress. Plumber became the head security officer for The Jedi Temple and clone barracks letting Kevin now take charge of the plumbers. Mace and Asoka following behind lightsabres ignited and deflecting. Mace And Asoka meet up with Hera and her group. Once the got together they finished Ezra Plan to get the facility in the air. An hour later after defeating the stormtrooper forces, Everyone took a breather before Mace and Asoka forces head back to Tython but before that, Mace sense something in Ezra.

"you. I sense a familiar feeling. Who was your master?"

"urm Kanan Jarrus," Ezra answered. Hera Interjected.

"But his real name was Calab Doom" Mace's eyes widen. The scares on his face reacted, that he knows that name.

"You know my master," Erza ask. Mace put his hand on Erza's shoulder.

"know him. Kid. He was my past apprentice padawan" Erza's eyes radiated in sparkled delight.

"You mean. You train my master, master," Mace chuckled.

"yes I did" He then looked to Hera and her group.

"your are all welcome on Tython. Especially you, Ezra, and your extra companion Syndulla. It almost full circle" Hera was confused. Mace saw this.

"I know your father when I help free Rylouth from the techno union and I know Ezra master" Hera eyes widen. So did Ezras. Hera group agreed to join Mace on Tython but said they have they own ship. So he agreed to send coordinates and meet them there. Though he made it clear that Ezra will be train by him when he gets there.

"so you and that Mandalorian will have to wait. he has finished his training first, I can tell the basic are in him already" Both Ezra and Sabine blushed rip but nodded.

In the sky Skywalker and Ben fought of thrawn Tie fighters and destroying his ship with him in it. Asoka contacted Skywalker to let him know Hando here. He basically said let Obi-wan deal with him when there get to Tython. Asoka acknowledge back.

Everyone return back to Tython with Ezra being trained by master windu straight away after ghost crew arrived. Mace even ask Anakin for advise since Ezra similar to him in terms of unorthodox Jedi. Anakin snorted, not remotely denying it but suggest gain his trust unlike he did to Anakin. Ben and Chuchi is talking to Hera about housing for non-Jedi and clones though may get housing as well if they want to retire and Hera got a feeling that Tucci got feelings for Ben. Kallus was working with the Bad batch for infiltration, Information gathering and Black Ops. Rex, Plumber and Wolffe talked to the new veteran clones that arrived. Rex was speaking to Cody about updating the codes. Plumber talk to Gregor about starting up commando units again with his training as Gregor was one himself. He agreed and Doom Became a new trainer officer for the new clones recruits. Sabine and Zeb was helping the armoury stack up on weapons. They were impressed by the factory of where they ships are built. Hando was talking to Both Skywalkers about supply chains as much as Padme and Anakin hate him, he good at getting supplies. Obi-wan and Asoka further explored Hando idea by othering Asoka as a guaranteed body guard that way they can get information and good quality supplies. Chopper along with R2-D2 and C3P0 help with shield generators. Though C3P0 mainly talked.

Overtime. Tython Keep Growing and in that time when Ben was walking around the grounds had. He has a visitor.

"Charmcaster. How did you find this place"

"Followed your magic signature Duh." She said like it was easy fact to follow.

"Look I don't have time. The empire, they building something dangerous something the rebels have no shot at destroying" Ben raised an eyebrow.

"Why should I fucking believe you. You, Driscoll and Aggregor are the fucking reason I am here. You're the fucking reason, I could not protect my home. MY wife, My son!." A tea drop from his eyelids. A Hiccup can be heard from behind a stone pillar.

"You can come out" Chuchi, Luke, Leia and Plumber came out behind the Pillar. Charmcaster was shocked

"I'm guessing your all heard that and charmcaster you spells don't work so well against the force " They nodded and Charmcaster growled.

"look, Eon the one who caused the time singularity, we just took adventure of it. Anyway you need to stop that weapon. All else they be no hope for this galaxy" Ben scoffed.

"No, Just no" That when Anakin and two clone guards come in the picture and grabbed Charmcaster.

Chuchi grab Ben's arm, "I'm sorry for eavesdropping." Leia Gushed at how close they are. Luke fake vomit noise. Leia elbowed him in the stomach. Ben turn to Leia and Luke.

"let the Jedi know I setting up a meeting and expect Mace there" The two nodded, plumber nodded and said he alert the clone commanders. Ben smiled back at his friend.

The meeting for a New Hope

"So, this Death Star can destroy planets." Ben ask. Kallus nodded.

"from my intel that I gathered. It seems that core feature is the Kyber crystal used to power the laser. It what destroyed Alderaan" Padme hug her self tightly hearing that that her friend bail organa has died.

"Making it a threat to everyone and everything" Anakin muttered.

Kallus continued, "It also seems that the rebels have intel on the death star weak point. A pipe that leads into the Core of the death star. They planning an assault as we speak"

Ben nodded, determined "Then we need to aid them. Do you know who in charge the death star" That when kallus shudder. Kallus face became Icey white.

"Moth Tarkin" Ben smile grew.

"they more. They have a prisoner. A boy, darker skin but carries a watch similar to yours Ben" Kallus stated. Ben determined face became in rage.

So the plan went into motion. Ben with the clones will aid the Rebels when the assault the Death Star. Kallus with the Bad Batch, will infiltrated the star and rescue Kenny Tennyson. The Planning was going well until.

"Sir" A random clone appeared in front of Ben.

The now named clone Deca said "The rebels are under attack, the death star attacking they base of operation. Yavin 4" Ben eyes widen and hits the alarm button. Now on loud speaker.

"All forces be ready and able. This is not a drill. The Death star assault starts now! Bad Batch Head off effective immediately do not wait for us." Kallus, The bad batch and Chopper left as soon as they heard the Death star attack happened.

The following is when clones got on board three venators star ships. Luke Skywalker, with the help of his father, decided to help the clones attack the death star.

"Where is my son Anakin" Padme said in an all but screamed voice

"Well, he could be in his room," Leia step in to increase the landmine that Anakin step in.

"I checked he not in there," Anakin gave a glare to his daughter. Padme had he hands on her hips and heavy tapping her foot on the floor. Obi-wan, Tucci, Asoka, plo and Mace was enjoying the festivities.

"Oh mistress Padme it horrible. I tried to stop him and R2 but there would not listen." C3P0 alerted in running up to Padme.

"Where is he" Padme said glaring at C3P0

"on The venator. Heading to the death star" Padme turn her glared at her husband

"Traitor. Ow, ow. That hurts." Padme was pulling Anakin ear "You know he just like you and me. Love the adventure and all that" Anakin stated.

"Which I was trying to change. You have his luck"

"No, I mean you always get in trouble luck"

"Okay that not fair I don' … I Shut up now" Padme glared was strong in woman's power. Leia was chuckling. Which annoyed Anakin.

Death star 1 Battle

"prepare to fire on my command"

"Yes moth… Sir we receiving an incoming coms link" Tarkin raised an eyebrow.

"it must be the rebels trying to surrender. Patch them through"

"Yes sir" What Tarkin did not expect though was that it was not the rebels but...

"Benjamin"

"How it hanging Crusty Crabb" Tarkin look to his coms officer "Track this signal down. It be fun ending you Benjamin"

"Ah you do miss me"

"Sir I found when the signal coming from"

Tarkin blink. Signal tracks don't take that long unless. His eyes widen.

"Sir 3 Venator class star destroyers on coming out of warp." As soon at the officer finished that sentence those Venators pop into view. The hangers open up revealing a barrage of Y-wings and ARC-170 Starfighter jets.

"Surprise!" Ben happily exclaimed.

"you're not wasting time."

"oh but I am."

"Sir we got intruders on the prisons level. Sir it clones." Tarkan teeth started to grit heavily from the news.

"How they get past our defences." Tarkin turn back to Ben for answers " You forgot to change the chain codes. what was you said before quantity over quality. Thank you for being lazy with Air Tennyson," The coms cut. Tarkin shot a blaster bolt to the officer in pure fury.

"Clean that up!"

"yes Sir."

The Space battlefield was intense because of Ben aid the rebels were able to fight back a lot harder against the Death star. As the Battle rage on The bad batch manged to retrieve Keeny from his cells and make to the Rustbucket. Ben then order Luke with Gold squadron to destroy the death star. Luke acknowledge with his ARC-170 and clone co piolet called Sizzor mange to fire off some torpedoes down the exhaust hatch using the force. Destroying the Death star and Tarkin with it.

After the Battle

After that Battle Kenny and his father Ben finally got to catch up on what been happing. Kenny has been exploring the galaxy while Ben was off looking for him. Kenny was found by the empire when he was on ilum. He explained that the planet was swarming with the empire. The jedi are going to strike back at them. Apparently it where the kyber crystal are found for jedi lightsabres. Both Kenny and Ben Miss their mother/wife so they caught up with Training. Luke on the other hand was being punished by his mother for the stunt he pulled. Chuchi and Ben got closer a lot more now that Kenny was found. Kenny himself was grateful that his father found friends.

Charmcaster while reluctantly agreed to work with The jedi under the condition that she helps protect the planet from the empire. She agreed as she has no love for them. Speaking of the empire the rebels where hiding out on Hoth few months after Yavin was attack. The empire found them so they had to evacuate the planet using cargo ships. The rebels also ask for Ben and clones to join only to decline stating.

"You just revert back to the republic like it was before."

Luke and Leia feels a pull in the force, one of which is notice by there farther. Obi-wan suggest they leave for Dagobah. Anakin ask why there and a single look from Obi-wan serious expression explains why. So they on a small light cruiser and leave with R2D2.

Further down In years, it been hinted that The emperor is planning a second death star. It also rumoured that Palpatine will be there in person. The rebels head off to end this by attack the shield generator on the planet Endor. Ben, Anakin with commander Kevin went off with 10 Venators and more than enough Clones to End this fight.

A few years later at the battle of Endor

The battle was a hard fought battle with many lives lost on both sides. The shield generator that was on the forest planet was well guarded. It took a battalion of clones, They new allies the Ewoks, the rebels, Kenny Tennyson and a couple of Jedi that consist of Ezra, Leia (who got back from Dagobah with Luke) and Asoka. Sabine also join to make sure her fiancé Ezra is safe. The bad batch job was to find any outliers around the shield generator to prevent ambushes and retaliation from the empire. In space, Kallus was in charge of coordinating the venators and the Y-wings and ARC-170. The ghost crew which was led by Hera, Chopper, Omega, Zeb and a few veteran clones where fighting Tie fighters and bombers so that won't make it to the Venators. Anakin and Ben was heading in the Death star to fight Palpatine so they can end the madness. Luke wanted to come as well but was with R2D2 in a ARC-170 to fly into the death star reactor core.

Anakin and Ben made it to Palpatine.

"This ends now" Anakin exclaimed.

"Oh poor boy. You should of joined me, you have so much power and you wasted it for the Jedi" Palpatine spite that last word of that sentence like it a curse word.

"Feedback! Please good sir just die" Ben shouted charging at Palpatine. Anakin followed behind.

Palpatine fired off lighting from his finger tips his aim at Anakin feet but feedback got in front and absorb it. Firing back at Palpatine from his finger plugs. Palpatine growled. Anakin charge forward slicing Palpatine hands clean off. Palpatine can literally do nothing now other than scream bloody murder. Then the alarms bellowed.

"well toss him down the shaft. It time to leave" Ben suggested. Anakin nodded and did so by grabbing his body using the force and throwing him down the shaft. The both Leave in the emperor shuttle escape the explosion.

Ending

The was a small celebration now that the republic is back with mon mothma as the new chancellor. The Jedi decided to send an ambassador, but stated by Mace.

"We will not serve just the republic but everyone in all quoters of the Galaxy" The republic tried to counter argue this but the jedi decided they weren't going to listen and focus on becoming true Jedi. Charmcaster left after the defeat of Palpatine only for her to get stabbed in the stomach. She turn to see Ben in his Diamondhead form.

"That for Gwen, you Bitch" he growled. He left her to die in the middle of the Tython Forrest.

The clones also stated that they will be the Jedi guards as the were treated equally by them more than the Republic did. Which caused the republic to claim they right. Tucci and Padme said no and that if they ever decided to control the clones they be war.

Ben and Chuchi got married after the war. The marriage was short but sweat and with one final message.

"It was a long Journey hasn't" Ben started to say when a white portal opened up where a white man in a white coat walk out from. Lightsabres where drawn as a reaction.

"Benjamin"

"Dammit Paradox. Not the time"

"Ben who this" Chuchi ask.

"Dad," Kenny started to ask from his seat "Did you not tell them that we from another dimension/universe and Paradox is are go to guide" Minds stop working after hearing that. Mace face palmed. Anakin Belly laughed on the floor. Padme had a glare. Plumber just had a blank face. Everyone was staring at Ben for an answer.

"Oh, I knew I forgot something" Everyone besides Paradox anime style drop on the floor.

"indeed, Benjamin," Paradox chuckled.

"DAD" Kenny was embarrassed.

"Benjamin Kirby Tennyson" Chuchi was angry.

"Oh, my wife pissed. I assume you here for Eon." Paradox nods.
