She woke up again in another room, finding a familiar face, "Hey there, Stickmin," Mini said, causing Harriet to smile, "A bit familiar this is, huh?" Miranda stated, "Quiet in there," a guard said outside the cell. Harriet looked around, finding the vent. She coughed, then nodded up to the vent. The girl nodded, then hoisted Harriet up. She soon busted her cuffs, seeing the cuffs of a previous inmate in there. She had options...no hard feelings, Mini...She left her behind. She began her way. Meanwhile, Mini waited. She knew it was only a matter of time before her family came for her. Just then, a familiar face greeted her, gun in hand, as the guard dropped dead, but it wasn't who she was expecting, "Let's move, princess, your daddy's waiting for ya," it was...Riley? "Riley?" she called out before Riley came and busted open Mini's cuffs, "C'mon, let's move," she said, passing Mini a gun and leaving. Mini followed the girl before they got held up in a snowy area at the top of the complex, "I got Mini, but we're stuck," Riley said into a radio, "Make a break for the fence. There's a ledge but we can catch you two from there," Mini heard Burt through the walkie, "Burt? Damn, thought your ass was too lazy to do anything," Mini said, before being pulled away by Riley, Riley climbed through, reaching for Mini. Mini hesitated, "C'mon, Mins, we gotta go. I won't let ya get hurt, trust me," Riley assured. It wasn't the getting hurt aspect...it was the height. Mini was frozen in place, "Shit, Mini! C'mon!" Riley began reaching further. Mini snapped out of her fear and grabbed Riley's hand. They soon both jumped off the ledge, before getting caught by someone in a helicopter. Mini clutched to her chest, "You good, Mi-" Riley started, before Mini said, "Get me out of this tiny ass room, please!" right...Mini was claustrophobic, "It's alright, we'll get out of here soon," Mini was annoyed at Riley at the moment. She was acting like her friend but...what happened to you, Riley?...she wasn't telling something...Mini would have to deal with it, for now, it's not like Riley knew what she was...

"Took you guys long enough," Mini said, being greeted by her fathers, "Hey, don't blame us! We didn't even know that place existed!" Reginald said, a slight defensiveness in his voice, "Glad you're still annoying, kid," Right said, "Hey!" Mini replied, punching him in the shoulder before retracting her hand in pain, "GAH! METAL! FUCK! SHIT!" she shouted, "When the hell are you gonna learn, kid?" he said with laughter before he heard Reginald speak, "Miranda, watch your language," causing Right to laugh harder, "Don't encourage her, Right!" Riley took her leave, letting Mini and her dads chat for a moment...she was failing her mission. She only had so much time left until Mars came and shot her dead. She thought for a moment before an idea came to her. Mini was a time-warping entity. Maybe Riley should just tell her the truth. She'd still die, but Mars would surely try to kill Mini too, wouldn't they...? She at least had to try.

Mini was walking through the airship, off to the cafeteria she was, when someone stopped her, "Oi, Mins," Riley called out, "Hey, can we talk?" Mini shrugged, "Sure, what's up?" Riley became nervous, "Alone...?" Mini nodded, "Sure, sure!" then took her somewhere quieter, "What's going on, Riley?" Mini asked her, "Look, I need to say this quickly because I will die when I'm finished," Mini was slightly confused and concerned, "Ok...?" Riley sighed, then spoke, "Look, I know what you are," she said, "I know about the...timeline stuff you can do, at least all that I was told," Mini looked slightly frightened, "H-How do you..." Riley finally spat it out, "Because I work for the C.C.C., ok?" Mini was silent for a moment, then angry, "Riley, what the h-" but Riley interrupted, "Look, in about 5 seconds I'm gonna be shot dead. I was sent here to contain you, but I don't want that anymore! The other operative is-" a loud bag filled her ears as Riley hit the ground like a sack of potatoes, "Holy fuck!" Mini shouted before a timed event hit her, "Fuck!" she quickly selected to run, and down the hall she went, "Dad! Papa! I'm under a-" then a fail screen hit her, "Come the fuck on! Who shot me?!" Mini shouted, leaving Harriet and Henry to sit in confusion, "What?" Harriet asked, "Go back! Go the fuck back!" Harriet quickly pressed her respective button, "Henry, I swear to whatever god is out there, press that damn button before I do it for you!" Henry did as told, despite the confusion, and Mini then went back herself. "Look, I need to say this qui-" Mini interrupted Riley, "I know, Riley, I know," she said, still feeling the panic in her chest, "Y-You do? Then that means-" Riley jolted when Mini shot something to the left, before seeing Mars drop dead to the floor, "Holy shit, Miranda!" she shouted, "...Mars shot us, didn't they..." she asked, "...Yeah..." Riley then noticed Mini's shakiness, "Hey, y'alright?" she asked, "I think..." Mini replied, Riley sighed, "Look, Mins...I get if you don't trust me no more-" Mini stopped her, "I forgive you, Riley...it takes a lot to defect from the CCC..." Mini said, "I just...need some time...alone..." she said, before turning and taking her leave, "Alright...well, y'know where to find me," Riley said, taking her leave as well.

She sat in her workshop, mass-producing her drones. She was fairly upset, but a lot of stuff began making a lot of sense to her, like how Riley disappeared in the last timeline. The CCC must have caught onto Riley wanting to tell her...or why Riley was always so secretive...she sighed, lost in thought before feeling a cold hand on her shoulder, causing her to spin around and slap the metal hand away, "GAH! JESUS CHRISTMAS!" she shouted, holding her hand in pain, "Damn, you must've been real focused, huh kid?" Right said, chuckling lightly, "You alright?" he asked. Mini sighed, waving off her hand, "Yeah...I'm good. What's up?" she asked, "Just wanted to check in on you, kid..." he said, taking a seat next to her as she returned to messing with the drone, "You seemed a bit shaken up after what happened last week with Riley and that other...person..." he said, a flash of anger showing through his eyes as he mentioned Mars...he wasn't entirely thrilled his kid was almost shot, "Yeah...I just wanted to...relax a little," Mini said, causing Right to chuckle again, "You call making a buncha drones relaxin'?" he teased. Mini laughed a little, before sighing, and then they both went silent, the sound of Mini's tools working on the drones continued before they too fell silent as well as Mini spoke, "Pa, if...imagine if you had the ability that...anytime you die, anytime you get stuck, things like that...you could go back to a previous time and...try again..." She said, somewhat nervously, "Like a game?" he asked, "Yeah, exactly like a game...if...if you could do that, what would you do?" She asked, making him think for a moment, before giving a smile, "I'd make sure Regi didn't take you home with us when we found ya!" He joked, making Mini laugh, "You're so mean!" She said, then shook her head, "But seriously...what would you do?" making him sigh, "I don't know, kid...that honestly just sounds like hell, relivin' death like that" he said, "What would you do?" He asked. Mini didn't look at him. She only stared at her drone. She sighed, "I don't know what I'm doing now," she said, making him slightly worried, "What's wrong, kid?" He asked, rubbing her shoulder, "Nothing, pa...just...stressed is all..." he nodded, "Alright then, kid..." he then stood up and left. He was quite worried for her. She'd been more distant lately, making up a lot of hypotheticals that involved death, and other things that just seemed...off. It was almost like she was trying to tell him and Reginald something without openly saying it...but why wouldn't she say something? She's usually honest with them...it's almost like she can't say something. Whatever it was...he just hoped she would be safe.

Mini sat in a train cabin. It's only a few more hours till the rocket launch. Riley was with her, fidgeting with her hands. Things had gotten very awkward between her and Mini. Mini stood up when something came through the radio, "We're secure, Ms. Copperbottom," a man said, "Got it. Make sure the cabins are secured and connected, then take your seats. We're gonna set off in 15 minutes. I'm coming to help," She left. Riley stayed seated. She felt bad for...y'know, trying to kidnap her and imprison her in a containment facility. What was weird was the entire time she worked there, she saw the place as a protective measure, not just for the outside world, but for what was held inside, too. Now, after meeting Mini, it just seemed like a brutal prison. She remembered how she ended up working for the C.C.C. She was just barely 16 and had a run-in with a decent-sized anomaly event. Back then, they didn't have anything to make people forget those things, so they just killed them, but Riley begged them to let her live and said she'd work for them. She was lucky she had the track record she had when she joined, or she would've been dead. She lied to them and told them she was 18. She probably should have seen the red flags the Chaos Containment Center had shown her that told her they were god awful and cruel...but it was for survival then...she was safe now...or at least she thought before she had a gun pulled to her, "Riley Hartfil Renalds. Stand up, slowly," Riley did as she was told, "Now, walk backward to my voice...you're coming with me to the C.C.C. Northwest Operation building," the voice said, "I don't think so," Riley heard Mini's voice say behind her, "Oh thank god..." she mumbled, before hearing a gunshot go off, "Help me toss this shithead out, Riley," Mini said. Once they had tossed the person out, the radio went off, "Everything's in check, Ma'am," Mini responded, "Alright, everyone on board?" She asked, "Yes ma'am," they responded, "Macbeth, let's get going," She said, "Yes ma'am," she heard back. Mini took her seat, wiping some blood off her arm, "...Thanks for saving my ass," Riley said, "Yup. You're my support right now, kinda need you alive," Mini said. It sounded like it was supposed to be a joke, but the way it was said sounded like Mini was still a bit angry, and rightfully so. They sat quietly for a moment, before Riley spoke, "...So...is this the first time you've gone through the launch?" Riley asked, "No...2nd, actually. The first time I was with Harriet," She said, shrugging, "Harriet? Stickmin? She joined the Toppat Clan?" Riley asked, smiling slightly as if she didn't believe Miranda, "Yup. She...backed out though. Couldn't handle being against her dad," Mini said, "Oh...huh..." Mini then had a curious thought come to her, "You...know about the thing with the Stickmins, right?" she asked, "Their CCC rating? Yeah," Mini gave a nod, "Just curious." The train pulled to a stop, and people began exiting the train, "There is one thing different, though," she said, "The military isn't attacking yet..." She said, slightly confused, "Were they s'posed to attack?" Riley asked, "Hours ago..." Riley nodded, "I'll keep my guard up, then," she said, exiting the train cart. Mini began helping the other Toppat members unload the train, the money cart being unloaded last, as two higher Toppat members needed to supervise. As soon as everything was loaded into the rocket, she radioed someone, "Alright, Sven, we got everything loaded up. Make sure to let Dad know we're ahead of schedule," she said, "Good to hear," was all he said before going silent. Riley was a bit wary about how smoothly things were going, "This is going surprisingly smooth," she said, "Don't say that, that's like saying 'it's quiet' in a grocery store," Mini said, making Riley laugh, "I could drink to that!" then the silence settled in between them, awkwardness sinking in, "So...are we...y'know...in somewhat good terms now, princess?" Mini gave a small laugh, "To think I hated that nickname, now it's just funny...I'm still slightly annoyed by the whole situation but... considering you risked dying and, y'know, did get yourself killed...I think we're cool," Riley nodded, "Good, cool, cool..." Riley still felt slightly awkward, but she was glad things were alright between them now. Soon, the rocket was launched with no problems. Mini and Riley were still on edge. They could do anything they wanted, so why did something feel...off?

"So they managed to somehow go unnoticed and launch this rocket, despite there being news coverage of it, I mean, how does that happen?" Coraline said, slightly frustrated. Harriet shrugged, unable to say much, "Anyway, last I heard, Dad set off to go grab Henry. We're heading up to take down the ship, you wanna come with? According to my dad, it's getting...personal..." Harriet thought for a moment, before nodding and giving a thumbs up, "Heck yeah! Let's do this!" She said before taking off. It was cold today, and the two of them were wearing hoodies, Harriets had a cartoon character, Stitch, on it, and Coraline wearing camo. Harriet pulled out a phone, sending a text to her father, letting him know Charles was heading for him and to probably keep an eye out. She continued down the street, before finding a group of Toppat members robbing a store before scurrying off. Harriet sighed...of course, this was what she missed out on for family. She found her way to Coraline again, who was now with Charles and Henry, "Oh hey! Harriet, I heard you're coming!" he said, and Harriet gave a nod, "Great! The more hands the better," He then turned on his heel, rushing off, "Follow me, I have a way we can get into space," he said as the others ran after him.

"Secret government prototype. Whaddya think?" Charles asked, "Half of us knew about this already, Dad," Coraline said, "Yeah, 'half of us' is me and you, Cora," Charles said with a laugh, "Alright, there it is," he said, "How do you guys want me to bring you in?" Charles asked once more, "This is gonna be so cool! It's just like last time," Coraline said with anticipation. Options appeared to Henry, but not Harriet, for some reason, but soon the options went away, "You know what? No, this calls for some bold action," Henry immediately knew what Charles was going to do as he sped towards the ship, "Charles, wait!" Henry said as Coraline and Harriet braced themselves, "Yeah! Crash it!" Coraline shouted, "I'm the bold action maaaaannnnn!" Charles said as they crashed through the walls of the shuttle, but for the first time in their lives, this 'bold action' actually worked, "Ow...can we do that again...?" Coraline said, getting up, "No." Harriet firmly said, "I've always wanted to do that," Charles said, smiling as he and Henry brought themselves up, "Anyways, we should probably find a way off this station before it explodes." As they made their way through the station, they found themselves at a jammed door...

"You're still on high alert, huh kid?" Right asked Miranda, "Things are just going way too...easy, y'know?" she said nervously, "I agree with the princess," Riley said, overhearing their conversation. Right didn't seem to like Riley, but he let the interruption slide since Riley was close with Mini, "I'm sure everything's going to be fine, you two, don't-" Suddenly, a jolt hit the station. Right and Riley quickly grabbed something as Mini began toppling over, before being caught by Riley, who grabbed her by the hand, "Y'good Mins?" Riley asked, "I think so," soon, sirens went off, "Warning! Critical damage to core! Please evacuate immediately." An intercom said, "See! I told you! I fucking told you!" Mini said, "I wasn't being paranoid!" Right sighed, "Yeah yeah, you can gloat after we get to an escape pod. C'mon, you two," he said, calmly making his way to the executive escape pods, "Me too?" Riley asked, nervously, "You're with us right now, I don't care what rank you are. C'mon," he said. As they walked one of the doors jammed, and began to violently shut. Right quickly shoved Mini away as Riley caught her on the other side, separating the man from the two women, "Shit!" Right shouted, "Make your way to the main escape pods! Run!" he said, urgently. For once in Mini's life, he actually seemed worried, "Got it!" Mini and Riley soon rushed off. They had to make it there before the pods were filled up. As they ran, they ran into Charles and his group, and Riley, Charles, and Henry immediately pulled their guns, "Woah, woah, woah, wait! Wait!" Mini said, "If we try to have a standoff here, we'll die!" Mini said, "We should just head for the pods. I don't care if you guys are with the military, I just, y'know, don't wanna die...?" Mini said, shrugging as she became slightly nervous, "We don't bargain with terrorists," Coraline said, but Charles had a different opinion, "Actually, I'm kinda with her, we don't have time for this," he said, "This is the only time I will ever agree with a Toppat," he added, "Here, take this key card and let us go. It will grant you access to any doors, even if they're in lockdown," she said, before Riley elbowed her, "Are ya tryin' to get us killed, Princess?!" she said, "Trust me on this, Riley," she said. Harriet snatched the key card from Mini, rushing off, forcing the others to follow. Charles sighed, following the group, "Now we don't have access to the doors!" Riley said with frustration, "Yeah, but we have the vents," Mini said, before ripping a vent grate off the wall after bashing it a few times, Mini and Riley began their way through the vent, arriving at the escape pods, "Alright, so we just need to-" Mini stopped her, "The broken one's the only one open," she said, "What? Really? How do ya-" Riley was interrupted again, "I just went through 5 different deaths, get in," Mini said, slamming her hand down on the escape pod's opening button. As the two sat down, Riley sighed, "Well that was stressf-" Soon, a hand grabbed Mini, throwing her out as Harriet, Henry, Coraline, and Charles attempted to take their pod. Riley threw herself at Charles, shoving Mini back into the pod with Henry and the girls. Coraline soon jumped out tackling Riley before Charles slammed his hand on the escape pod's launch button, "Are you lot stupid?! Now we're all gonna die!" Riley shouted, "I'd rather you die than escape!" Coraline shouted, "Coraline, that's enough..." Charles said, "It doesn't matter anymore..." he said, sitting on the ground outside where the escape pod door was. Riley shook her head, "Well...I guess this is it..." Riley said, "I'll let you guys say your goodbye...or try to find a way out or whatever y'all wanna do. If we're gonna die, there's no point in being an ass to y'all," she added, before walking down the hallway. Charles sighed, pressing on the mic button on his headphones, "Henry? Harriet? You two there? Man...that girl roughed us up...she's gone now, though. Coraline's looking for another escape pod around here. We did it though. We got em. Pretty good plan...you could say it was the greates-" then there was nothing.

"...Hey, Mins?" Riley said into a still functioning radio, "Riley?! Did you make it out?! Are you ok?!" she asked, "Yeah, no, I...that chick, the one with the headphones...she got to the escape pod first...I'm still here..." she said, "Th-There has to be another way out, dude, keep looking!" Mini pleaded. Riley gave a deep sigh, "Look Mins, I'm not gonna sugar coat it...'m gonna die here...there's not enough time for me to find another pod..." she said, "But hey! Look at it this way! Now you get to watch me leave the CCC again! Sound like fun, huh?" she said, chuckling. Tears began to fall from Mini's face, "You cryin' Princess?" Riley said, laughing, before sighing, "Can you do me a favor though?" she asked, tears beginning to tear at her own eyes, "Yeah?" Mini asked, "Make sure not to kick my ass too hard next time we meet, ok?" She said, jokingly, "Last thing I need is a reason to go back to-" then the explosion happened, making Mini jolt, before curling up into a ball, sobbing. Harriet slammed herself to the window, "Coraline! Charles!" she shouted. The two girls were crying as Henry sat quietly, having gone through one of his worst endings again. He thought maybe things would be different now that time had passed and that Harriet and Mini were in the mix but...nothing changed...not one bit. As they landed, Mini slammed her head on the wall, due to not having a seat for herself, and she was knocked cold, eyes closed on her tear-stained face. Harriet and Henry reported back to base, informing everyone that Charles and Coraline were dead.

As she landed with a thump, Coraline stumbled out of the escape pod, holding a hand to her head. She had hit it pretty hard into landing. Other escaped Toppat's began landing, confusing her, "Wh-What...? What happened...? Where...am I...?" she felt dizzy. What happened? She had no recollection of what just happened. She had headphones, but they were snapped in half. She looked at her hand, seeing blood on it as her vision began to blur. Someone approached her, "Who is she?" she heard before the words began to muffle as she dropped. For the most part, it was most likely in their best interest to leave her for dead, but Right had a different plan, "Take the kid with us...we'll leave her at a civilian hospital." In his mind, this kid was too young to be left to die. That would just be cruel. She might also have some info on where Mini was. They immediately fled from the landing sight, as the military could find them at any minute. Sven hauled Coraline over his shoulder, keeping his eye on her condition. He too thought it was wrong to let someone so young die out here...plus, she kinda reminded him of Burt with her busted headphones. He had a bit of sympathy for her.
Months later...
"So how long have I been part of the Toppat Clan...?" She asked, a bit confused, "A vhile now, you defected off from the military. You have no recollection?" A Toppat member asked her, "No...nothing...sorry, uh...Steven...?" she asked, confused, "Sven, but close," he said, "Do you at least remember your name...?" he asked, "...Started with a C...uh...Cathy...? No...Carol...?" she thought for a moment, "Ah! Right, Coraline! It's Coraline," she said, sighing, "Sorry, I'm trying really hard to remember," Sven shrugged, "Don't push yourself too hard," he said, "Boss, the kids avake," he said into a radio, "I don't think she'll have any idea vhere Mini is. She can't remember much..." Coraline sighed. She had no idea what happened...all she knew was that the military attacked, she hit her head...she remembered something about space and another girl with her...a close friend...and her dad...he...didn't make it, did he...? Soon, someone else came into the room, "How's you're head feelin', kid...?" It was a man with partially robotic features. The other half of him was human, and his voice sounded... robotic, "Better, I guess...still hurts a bit..." she said, "Alright, better's good...you remember anything? Anything at all?" he asked, "I...we were attacked, weren't we? Th-The clan...I...I was with my dad, I thought...is he a Toppat too?" Right sighed, "Alright, don't push yourself too hard, kid. Go take a rest. We can wait till another day to touch back on this," he said, and Coraline nodded, "Alright...thanks boss," she said. Once he left, another person arrived, "Ello, mate. You Coraline?" he asked, "Uh, yeah. You are?" He gave a smile, holding out a hand, "Ryan, a pleasure to meet you, mate!" he said as Coraline shook his hand, "Here, a fresh Toppat for you. Most of our hats were destroyed in the space shuttle explosion, seems like you lost yours too," he said, "Uh...thanks, Ryan," she said, smiling. Ryan then took her on a tour through the place, "We aren't staying here long, but it's still a nice place...been a bit peaceful since the attack," he said. As they walked, they passed a hallway of rooms, each locked and a memorial plate drilled into the door. She saw many names; Burt Curtis, Sammy Sorry, and others. Two stood out to her, one door was similar to the others but seemed a bit more well-taken care of. Beneath the name, Riley Renalds, it said, "A good friend and brave Toppat member. Another door, whose memorial seemed to be made of pure gold, was Miranda Copperbottom. Whoever she was, she was greatly loved by this community. Her plate read, "Beloved daughter of Right and Reginald Copperbottom," Coraline looked to Ryan "Who was she?" Coraline asked, and Ryan stopped, looking slightly sad, "Oh, that was Ms. Copperbottom. She went MIA, unfortunately," he said, "No one knows where she is, and one of her parents, the Right Hand Man, is sure she's dead. They aren't doing the greatest..." he said, "Oh...I hope she's alright..." Coraline said, "What about that other girl?" she asked, pointing to Riley's door, "She was a close friend of mine. Mate never made it out. We had one last transmission from her to Ms. Copperbottom, the only thing that's keeping the leader hopeful...they both were hoping you might have known something, but it's obvious you don't," he said, continuing forward, "C'mon, let's get you to your room. We can tell you more about our history a later day," he said, continuing onward.

"I told you, I don't remember anything..." She said, sitting on a chair, wrists chained to the table in front of her, being interrogated. They soon left, replaced by another, "...So how long are you going to keep the facade up, dude?" Mini stayed quiet, "The only person listening is my dad, don't worry," Harriet signed, "...Until everything resets, or until my parents find me..." she said, "Yeah, had a feeling..." Harriet signed once more, "...When we go back, you wanna try something?" she asked, "Like what?" Mini replied, "Well...what if you never ended up with your parents? What do you think would happen?" Harriet signed, slower than before as she noticed Mini was having trouble following her words, "Hah! As...if...actually, that might be fun..." she then sighed, "Stop giving me ideas, dude..." she said, "Anyway, I highly suggest getting up from your chair," Mini said. Harriet did as told, "And out the door, this is gonna be loud," She then left the door. The moment the door was shut, a loud blast could be heard. Harriet quickly reopened the door to see the chair she had been previously sitting in was blasted to pieces and the packaging for a makeshift bomb on the bottom. Mini was running through a hole in the wall. Harriet sighed, "God damn it..." she heard her father mutter.

Right quietly passed through the hall. He had been pretty quiet for a few months now, mostly only speaking if it was to Reginald or if it was something important. He knew Reginald was still holding onto hope, but...how the hell would have Mini made it out? Most they knew, not even Riley made it out. However, he jolted when he saw Reginald zoom past him, "Wha- Reg?! What's-" he started, "Miranda's outside!" Reginald shouted back to Right as he continued forward. The man quickly broke into a sprint for the entrance. Standing outside, tattered, worn, and hungry was Mini, hands still cuffed together, a chain dangling from the chain connecting her hands, "Dad...p-pa..." she weakly started, before her knees buckled and she fell over. Reginald quickly rushed over, grabbing Miranda, "Right Hand Man! Get over here!" the man shouted, trying to free Mini from her shackles, "W-We need-" she started, "Hold it kid, save your breath," Right said, ripping the chain of the cuffs off, "But...the..the military...we need to...leave..." she mumbled, "I've been running...for months..." she mumbled. Reginald hoisted Mini up on his shoulder, "Get everyone to gather their stuff, I'll get Mini some medical attention," he ordered, and the two rushed inside. Shortly after, gunfire could be heard as the military arrived, "Sorry..." Mini mumbled, "Don't be, Miranda...this isn't your fault," her father said, "We'll get you patched up, and then we'll get you somewhere safe," he added, "Alright..." she mumbled once more. She began steadily losing consciousness, "Stay with me, kiddo," she heard, the words starting to blur together. She soon closed her eyes, her head pounding, and when she opened them she felt a bed beneath her. She looked around, no longer hearing the gunfire, but the sound of a ticking clock. She felt nauseous and her head was still pounding, "Dad...? Papa...?" she meekly called out. She then heard someone quickly get up and rush out of the room, hearing a voice fade off into the distance, "She's awake!" It was Ryan's voice. She closed her eyes again, her heart pounding in her head, eventually feeling a cold hand on her arm, "You there, kid?" she heard, "Yeah...my fuckin' head is pounding though..." she mumbled. He gave a soft chuckle, "Yeah, that's what happens when you walk for a couple hundred miles without food or water," he said, "...We...We got to the escape pod...but..." she started, "We?" he asked, "Me and Riley...we were about to launch the pod but...the group of military the hit the core...they ripped me out of the pod...Riley managed to get me back in but...but she..." Mini felt tears filling her eyes, "Hey, hey, kid, calm down..." he said, "...I'm sorry that happened..." he added, "You're safe now..."
