The Normandy SR2 is on a straight course for Omega after Shepard gets a call from the Asari commandos and Aria T'Loak about Eon appearing. There were few reports of colonies getting attacked but thanks to Bens's idea, Mordin shared the tech with the colonists to protect themselves from seeker swarms or at least survive to live another day, this led to the collectors making their first big mistake.

Citadel diplomatic chambers.

"The Collectors attacked one of the human colonies in citadel space, where was the citadel fleet!" Udina shouted at everyone in the room, including Anderson.

The Turian council Sparatus made no excuses. "That is a failure on our part, there will be a full investigation on the matter, I assure you that Ambassador Udina." Though The councillor himself was embarrassed by the citadel fleet for not acting on a distress call.

Another diplomat called Dalatrass Vix, and his apprentice Linron scoffed "How do we know Cerberus are not involved." Tevos stepped forward. Arms crossed.

"Dalatrass, Video footage shows the collectors flying pass are sector scanners and search and rescue teams found traces of Cerberus infiltrators being captors too." Dalatrass Vix sneered at that piece of information. Anderson coughs.

"It seems Shepard's claim is true; Cerberus is trying to stop whatever is happening. Though one of the colonies that was attacked, Cerberus did work with the collectors at the time but was betrayed by both parties. So, we still cannot trust them. I can assure you though that The Humans are leaning towards joining Cerberus." Protests were made. Shouting at the human counsellor to do something.

Anderson put his hand up. Stopping the Shouting. "And what is it that you want me to do?" Dalatrass Vix scoffed.

"Order them or something. It is like your people are worth much." A lot of people cringed at that statement. Some of the Asari in the room had a smug look on their face.

"Well then. It is a good thing that 40% of the humans left the citadel and another 50% are looking to do the same from our projections." The smug faces were washed off. Dalatrass Vix's eyes widened in disbelief.

The Volus ambassador Din Korlack came forward. "And if it weren't for the trade market. We would have left with them. Humans make up most of the Banking clan finance through their non-stop investment. We made several complaints on the matter because we need those investments to pay back loans. Loans that help fund your project Dalatrass." Dalatrass Vix gripped his fist. The counsellors winced.

Anderson continued anger rising in his voice. "Because you need to blame us for the citadel attack. We were ostracized from nearly everything. C-Sec arrest rates drop by 60% because the majority of their forces are human and because we Banned from shops. We cannot keep the citadel safe. You want us to help, then give us a reason to help. We are not your piggyback." Udina nodded in the background. Everyone in the room cringed. There were a few minutes of silence until the Elcor Ambassador stomped in with his thoughts.

"Compassion: We must ease humanity. We must let them join Cerberus. Even if they are going Good. Worried: I am concerned about the long-term implications."

The Asari councillor came forward after a very heated discussion with her ambassador. "We will investigate the matter, but all shops must re-open their doors to the humans. Of course, if the human in question is at fault either through stealing or fraud then that ban will stay in place or adjusted appropriately…." The rest of the room nodded. Anderson included. It is not perfect, but it is a start. The silence stretched thin until the Salarian councillor spoke up.

Valern opens his omni-tool as a peace offering. "With access from Mordin research," Valern pulls up a holographic scene of a collector. "The collectors' Geno patterns match that to an incredibly old DNA pattern. The Protheans" Screams of 'what!' and 'Mercy on the enkindlers. Primarch Fedorian was most vocal in this.

"How accurate is this research data?" The Primarch asked with a determination that made Krogan shudder.

Valern opens a graph "About 90%. If Shepard did not share this info with STG, well... we would not be having this conversation at all." The Dalatrass was incensed.

"Councillor, we did not give you permission to reveal that information," pointing at the Salarian councillor in anger.

Sparatus mandibles clicked heavily. "So, you can control the narrative and stop Shepard notion for aid or better yet hog all the scientific research for yourself, you self-righteous bug. You just want to tuck it away and hope the problem will as well. That is what led us into this mess in the first place. The humans idolise Shepard. They join Cerberus because of Shepard. They believe in Shepard."

"You would help him? He is delusional. A mad man. He is the reason we blame the humans for the citadel attack." The Dalatrass spoke up.

Primarch Fedorian was having none of it. "Seriously, you blame him? At least the Asari see Shepard as the one that saved them. They just think the humans are bullying their way through until they get what they want. You just want to hide under sand and hope everything will go away because you do not want to admit we pushed Humans away towards Cerberus."

Anderson chimed in "us at the Alliance are just at fault as well. Our people are losing faith in us because we cannot give aid to the colonists because they are out in Terminus space." Primarch Fedorian looked back and nodded.

"Beside what is the alternative, considering the fact the collectors came in are sector, council space mind you. kidnapping 10,000 humans in the process, under our watch. Yes, yes, I very much would help him now that we were humiliated again! It does not help that Shepard warned us about this, and we ignored it like we did with Saren." Sparatus' voice grew at each passing word. The rest of the diplomats can see he is not taking this well. The Dalatrass just sneered at the Turian.

Tevos put a calming hand on Sparatus while looking at the others in the room "We also compared technologies. The collector's technologies match that of the ship called sovereign back when the attack on the Citadel happened 2 years ago, they are almost identical."

"Wait, hang on, that would indicate that sovereign existed 50,000 years ago since we are indicating that the collectors are Protheans. Long before Saren came into the picture," an asari anthropologist called Treeya stated. Next to her are two Humans with a bodybuilder statue and a skinny human holding a sniper as a walking stick. Murmurs went out in waves when this was pointed out.

Irissa the ambassador for the Asari spoke up "sorry who are you?" She asked aggressively.

"Urm…" Treeya struggled to find the words, but Anderson stepped forward "They with me, they were on Fehl Prime when the collectors attacked. So was Lieutenant James Vega and Corporal Milque. They report and intel they gathered to help connect the collector to the reapers. Though at a price." Several alliance members bow their heads in mourning. Primarch Fedorian bowed in respect of the fallen.

Sparatus spoke firmly "it does not matter; we need to aid Shepard against the Collectors. I know we are restricted due to our fragile peace with the Terminus, but something must be done. We cannot keep losing and we need to gain the humans' trust back."

"Better yet. How are we going to combat the Reapers when we now know they exist and are coming?" Anderson put forward. He notices the change in the council, maybe it is the human complaining or the fact that connections they ignored before are repeating themselves, either way the reaper threat is getting worse by the minute.

Omega

Shepard and the crew, that consist of Ben, Legion, Samara, Miranda, and Garrus, walk on the decks of Omega meeting Aria and the Asari commando just outside the Afterlife. Next to Aria, they also see Dr. Psychobos.

"Dr Psychobos!" Ben shouted. Dr Psychobos is a purple version of brainstorm considering there the same race just with a shorter crab arm than most and a white beard.

"Ah Tennyson … it has been a while." Dr Psychobos! Retorted with mix of sarcasm.

"Fuck off, you derange crab!" Ben swore back.

"The feelings are mutual, Ape." Aria raised an eyebrow at the pair when she was finishing speaking with the asari Commandos.

"Friend of yours?" she asked, and Ben snorted.

"Yeah, sure, if you want a Jealous crab after my watch because of his inferior intellect." Dr Psychobos growled in response.

"My Intellect is not inferior to those…."

"Yeah, yeah no one cares. Right where Eon" Ben is looking to Aria. Who raised an eyebrow in return.

"He managed to secure himself in Archangel's old hideout" she said this while looking at Garrus. He coughs as a response. The asari commando then spoke.

"Name, Ashoka, I am in charge of 332nd Company commando unit. Commander Shepard is an honour" She bowed her head towards the commander.

Shepard bowed in respect. "The pleasure is mine."

"Anyway, we surrounded the building and made sure all exits were covered. We notice some irregularities such as an Asari working for him. We fear an Ardat yakshi is among us" Samara Breath inwards and ask.

"By chance is that Ardat Yakshi wears a dark skintight metallic covering. With markings across her face."

Ashoka nodded. "Yes? What does that have to do with who she is?"

"That is the Ardat Yakshi that I am hunting. He name is Morinth."

"I see, well she's all yours then Justicar," The commando spoke with a firm voice. Her head turned to the commander. "I will lead you to our operations."

Archangel hideout.

"We believe this Eon character, the Ardat Yakshi and the phantom character are located here." Ashoka pointed at a map showing the Hideout blueprints. Garrus came forward, looking at the map.

"That looks like the garage on the underlayers of the building" The commando gave Garrus a curious look.

"I was connected to Archangel at one point." He explained away.

"u huh, anyway our plan is to infiltrate and strike into two teams. I suggest the Justicar deal with Ardat Yakshi and Spectre Tennyson deal with Eon with the rest backing them up. Though I do not know why Tennyson needs to be the one to deal with this Eon human."

"Because I am powerful enough to get to the paradox level." Ashoka raised an eyebrow at Ben. She turned to Shepard, who nodded to her.

"Sure… We should move in Commander." The commando said. Shepard turned and nodded and followed the Asari commando in the compound with Samara and Garrus following behind.

Miranda, Ben, and Legion were about to follow when Ben had an idea. "Hey Legion, I have an idea. I am sending you some data and energy readings." Ben opens his omni-tool legion and follows the same. Miranda had her arms crossed.

"Why is this important Benjamin?"

"You find out, hold your horses. So, Legion find something?" Legion who has been silent when they received the data, analysing it.

"Data response time indicates that the energy source response is not located in this compound. This Eon is not here." Legion responded.

"What!" Miranda shouted.

"Knew it," Ben exclaimed. Shepard and crew turn their heads back hearing the shouts. Off to the side, Aria and Dr Psychobos gave a curious look.

Shepard was about to walk back to Ben but was stopped by an invisible force. "What the?" He banged it a few times. Ben saw this and ask legion to finish his examination. They do so.

"Indication simulated that Energy source originated within these coordinates. What Shepard commander is hitting is a force projection that prevents any organic matter from leaving and entering." Legion opens their omni-tool and shows a map of Omega. Aria was a little pissed about that.

"Do I want to know how you have access to maps of my station?" Ben turns to Shepard and the asari commando, who seem to be trapped in an invisible force field.

"If a Trap. Eon knew we were coming; he must have noticed the commandos or Aria Guards looking for him. He also must have hired Morinth to keep us distracted, knowing Samara with us. Hell, he must have known Dr Psychobos would rat him out knowing he was a spinless git." Samara winces at the notion knowing it makes sense given the circumstance.

Dr Psychobos nodded "oh must certainly, no evil Genius would ever trust Eon. He is a mad fool." Aria just looks at him like the purple crab has grown a second head.

Shepard thought about and nodded "your right, Ahsoka, how many commandos are outside of the force field."

"None, I ordered a full move in on the target suspecting they be multiple" several wince at that order. Confirming Ben theory.

Shepard nodded and looked at Ben "Go deal with Eon, Samara got Morinth. With me a Garrus backing her up" Ben nodded, and Shepard and crew walked further into the compound.

Ben turns to Aria. Pointed to Legion map, Aria had her arms crossed "Were that."

"The Element Zero mine" she said seriously. Miranda Wince, which going caused some damage.

Archangel Underground tunnels.

As Shepard, Ahsoka, Samara and Garrus Walk down the stairs of Archangel Headquarters to his tunnel system they meet another Asari.

"Barris!" Ahsoka exclaimed, running down to her. Samara looked into the young Asari eyes standing before them and her own widened.

"Stop," Samara shouted. Ashoka stops and turns.

"Why My friend is…..." She turns back to Barris also now looking into her eyes.

"No."

"She has been influenced by my daughter."

"What. The Ardat-Yakshi is your daughter. High command never told me that!" Ahsoka exclaimed.

Shepard winces. "yeah it seems Asari high command like to keep secrets from the soldiers," Samara nodded.

"Yes, it has built the foundation we have today for Asari military, Matriarchs and justiciars. We built for secrets, assassination, and infiltration, not all out warfare. I have been told I am an exception to the rule by many."

Barris smiled "She is waiting for you. Mistress is waiting please do not keep her waiting."

Samara nodded and walked to her daughter's location. Ashoka wanted to help her friend but could not at the moment. So, she followed. Shepard was confused and alongside Garrus, was following Samara.

"Samara, I have to ask, how quickly can an Ardat-Yakshi influence the mind of others?" Garrus asked.

"It takes a process, but once done, they are helpless, and it is done one at a time, never multiple." The garage doors open and see a bunch of Asari commandos bowing down to Morinth.

"So, I assume this is new, then." Garrus pointed at the scene, while Ashoka and Samara were shocked, eyes widened in disbelief.

"Mother, how nice of you to visit" Morinth stepped down on her Asari staircase. Samara did not stop to reply, she went on the attack using reave. Morinth replies the same, causing a biotic clash.

"You Bitch. I am the genetic destiny of the asari race." Garrus fires off some quick with his quick draw sniper. Ashoka drew her asari blades and Shepard fired off a warp. The controlled Asari commandos blocked all this.

"Dammit snapped out of it." Ahsoka orders her men.

"Shit Samara, hang on." Shepard shouted out while fending off a few commandos himself.

Morinth has a smile that makes a Krogan look sane. "Eon, a fool that he is, wanted my help. He knew you were coming and decided to increase my power tenfold and the bonus of destroying you, mother."

"You will not get away with this daughter. What you don is monstrous" The biotic clash is expanding creating a singularity around the room.

"Oh, but I have a mother. Battles are won by the victors and this fight is over." Morinth screamed in delight that she was overwhelming her mother.

? "My dear girl, let me be perfectly honest with you. This is something you don't know about battle; the Fight never ends."

"What?" Morinth turned to the unknown voice. The mystery person grabs Morinth' arm with a twist to allow Samara to kill her.

"All yours please and thank you." The mystery person said to Samara. She nods and goes for the kill. Twisting her neck. The commando slump down to the floor, released from Morinth's control.

The mystery man who wore a green jacket with the number ten on the side but was clearly not visible to Samara, smiled "now please Hurry, Eon disruption has caused a delay, and I meant to pass my Provisional licence exam right about now."

Shapard quickly ran towards Samara. "You okay."

"Yes Shepard. This man/child…, where did he go?" Samara looked around for the strange man who… looked like Ben.

"We did not see anyone." Garrus said as he walked towards the group.

"Well, we must hurry. The man said Eon disruption has caused a delay" Shepard was looking at Samara with a concerned look. Samara noticed.

"I am fine. I will grieve later. Come, we must hurry" Shepard nodded and turned to Ashoka.

"Can you keep an eye on your men?" He asked.

"I can go" Then Aria men charge in. Krogan walked up to Shepard wearing the omega symbol.

"Aria ordered me to take you to the Eizo mines as soon as the barrier around the compound collapses." Shepard nodded and proceeded to follow the Krogan. Walking forwards they walk past Dr Psychobos who looked exhausted.

Garrus pointed to him. "What up with him"

The Krogan smirked "Aria incentivises him to find a way to open the barrier. She does not like to be tricked on her station. You are lucky you're on friendly terms with her commander." At least Shepard knows Aria is on his side today.

Element Zero mines.

The elevator shaft open, Ben Aria, Miranda and Legion Walk forwards seeing the element Zero mine in its glory. They were stopped by an exhausted Batarian called Anto.

"Aria A human is causing massive energy waves towards the Eizo centre mining core. We need to turn off the engines before it explodes."

"Eon" Ben Muttered. He turns to Legion "Legion goes to the drill turn of the mine. Miranda goes with him."

Legion nodded. "Acknowledge."

"What about you Benjamin?" she asked, worried about the kid.

"What I do best." Ben said with determination. Aria side eyed him then looked at Anto.

"Anto go with the Geth and the Cerberus Chick to turn off the engine. I go with the kid and makes sure that no one fucks with me." Anto nodded and ordered the two to follow. Miranda looks at Ben with a pained expression.

"So kid, I assume you have a plan." Aria asked.

"Yeah. Eon needs a central position to extract the power he needs."

Aria raised an eyebrow. "You sound like you know what he's been planning?"

"No, but I know how I think." Ben stated as they ran. Aria looked at him clearly confused but not showing it.

"He has been in processing. It extracts all the element Zero and splits them from Quilty" Aria suggested.

"Then let's go."

Drilling rig

"Legion shut off the rig, we need to stop whatever is happening." Miranda shouted at Legion who nodded. Anto was in the back, eyeing them both.

Legion walked forward to the command console "Attempting route bypass, shutting down main core systems." Legion arm started to beep.

"Lawson Miranda, behind you" Miranda looked back to see Anto firing his weapon.

"Hee-hee"

"You know, when Tennyson sent you here, I thought for sure I had the upper hand, but it seems that robot of yours got in the way." Miranda sees Anto four eyes are shot purple with black cracks reaching out to the side of his face.

"Ghost freak" Miranda guessed.

"Baah, that name is what Tennyson gave me. He now uses it as an insult. My true name is Zs'Skayr." Zs'Skayr. mirthless at her.

"Jesus, I forgot how annoying you can be" Everyone turned to the new voice that appeared. It was a man in a ruff side cap with a black and white line top and wearing cargo trousers to boot.

"Benjamin" Miranda exclaimed.

"Yes, and no. Just so we all are not confused here, call me Survivor and we need to have a catch up Zs'Skayr."

Element Zero Mine Processing.

Ben ran in seeing dead workers scattered all over the floor. Aria followed behind looking at the scene in front.

"My men, why the fuck was this not alerted to me?" She shouted.

"Maybe because I turned off the alert system." Both Aria and Ben turn a full 180 seeing Eon in his purple and black trench coat.

"Eon, you bastard!" Ben shouted.

Eon sarcastically rolled his eyes "Oh please, I know what you are thinking. Just leave me alone. I want to go back to my universe. That is all I want."

"And you meant to be serving your time here. Like a good prisoner." Ben retorted.

Aria was pissed. "Wait so… What the fuck!" Then a green flash appeared.

"Clockwork! You are going down, Eon!" he said in a German accent.

"I like to see you try." Eon quipped.

The Clash of Loyalty has begun.
