Clashes of green time energy vs purple time energy, cause ripple effects around the element zero mines in Omega. Aria on the side watching the battle of Clockwork VS Eon. Clockwork slowed down time, preventing Eon from accelerating it. While at the same time firing a blast of energy at each other.

Aria was flabbergasted. She had never seen so much power before. Her first thought was where Shepard finds these bastards. Everything around her is either accelerating through time or disintegrating back in time.

At the drill mine.

"And why should I believe you?" Zs'Skayr growled out not liking the explanation being told to him.

"Please I know you won't" Survivor said. "We have history. Well, the other me has history with you but that beside the point, you know I am right about this." he explained.

"Even if you are. I rather do it with my free will intact than being constricted to the Omnitrix." Zs'Skayr snarled.

"Then you are going to die, and Eon is going to win. Paradox is just going to repeat everything."

Miranda was frustrated; she was contemplating shooting the other Ben for his appearance alone. "What do you mean?" she growled out, questioning the Survivor's response.

He turns to her "Paradox is doing everything in his power to stop Boko no hero Eon from doing this but because he failed to stop him…."

"It created the time singularity paradox."

"No, it started it. Paradox was fighting Eon when, Ben from a different universe and Eon original home was fighting Vilgax in Japan. Eon was then sent to Your Ben's old universe. in which Eon gave Vilgax a baby Celestialsapien power. That caused the rest of the Celestialsapien to eradicate his old universe by their ancient law." The survivor clenched his fist in distress and anger. He continued.

"That Power clashed with eon which affected all three universes."

Miranda put the pieces together "you mean."

"Eon's plan to return to his own universe might work but in doing so" Survivor looks at the Drill computer screen like it is a window.

"By doing so he eradicates Both me and Ben in the process" Zs'Skayr was not stupid when Eon plan was put together like that he could tell now that he was more than hired help.

Miranda was shaking. "Everyone he knew and loved. He thought they…."

"They did not. Paradox saved this Ben because he was partly at fault at what happened and guilty for the mess he started. The only reason I remember is because I am on respectful terms with my Alien X. Boku no Ben, is not so he does not remember but was told by Eon. Your Ben knows half the truth. Paradox did not tell him about the eradication of his universe. Yet. it is going to happen though." The survivor further explained.

Miranda nodded and turned to legion "Make sure the Drill stops working." Legion nodded and got to work.

"No need." Zs'Skayr said and floated out of Anto's body.

"Eon already got enough element Zero to go through with his plan. He just needed that Shepard character out of the way. I do not think Eon took into account extras in his plan" Zs'Skayr points to Miranda and legion. "Out of the way" Miranda growled.

"Then we… Hey where did Survivor go?"

Back to the battle.

Fist bashing each other that causes the environment around them to collapse. Clockwork fire of beams of energy at Eon. Eon countered with shields and dodging. Eon turned to a blue Ord glowing, he Smirk and flew away, Clockwork chased after Eon. Aria is still stunned by the power that the two can create. The doors crash open. Aria turns to see Miranda, Legion and Zs'Skayr.

Zs'Skayr screams. "No, we are too late!" Aria turns back to see Eon opens a purple portal and goes in it. Clockwork chased after him with great speed.

"Okay can someone please tell me what the fuck, is Going on."

"Eon plans to convert all the element zero energy into one singular source. Bypassing all dimensional locks that prevent him from returning to his home. Using Omega resources." Legion described.

"What?"

"He is destroying this reality to return to his. He apparently made a mistake the first time he did it." Miranda explained.

"So, he destroys our home to return to his?"

"Yes,"

"Affirmative"

"Miranda!" Miranda heard Shepard's voice and turned to see him, Garrus and Samara jogging towards her and Legion."

"I need Sitrep!"

Citadel Tower.

Kaiden and James Vega Walk around the citadel tower waiting for the diplomats to finish their talks and plans.

"I am telling you James, you need to stop worrying. Anderson got it under control. After that bash he gave it to the Dalatrass." Kaiden said as they walked.

"Yeah, but Kaiden, you know how it is with politicians." James moaned. He really did not like politics.

"Oh, don't we…" A purple portal interrupted him and just appeared in the air.

"What the fuck is that. James Guns ready." Both him and James released their guns from their holsters and were prepared to fight.

"Understood Staff Lieutenant" James pulls out his M-96 Mattock with C-sec followed suit with their M-7 avengers with them all pointed, they gun at the purple anomaly. Eon flew out with clockwork jumping out from behind crashing on the floor.

"Eon for fuck's sake where…" Clockwork gets up and looks arounds. he turns to see Kaiden.

"Hi Kaiden. Would you believe the gal of that man? I was on Omega 5 seconds ago" Clockwork pointing to Eon. Kaiden rolls his eyes and sees the Hourglass symbol.

"All forces focus your attention on the purple human." Kaiden ordered. All guns turn on Eon.

"I did not know Humans can turn purple" An Asari C-sec officer said confusingly.

"We can't, that is clearly armour" another C-sec officer who was human answered. Eon gritted his teeth.

"My plans are coming together; all I need now is the conduit." Eon muttered, Kaiden's eyes widened.

"You fool, that opens the gate way to Dark space."

Eon Growled at the Canadian clear case of stupid. "You are the biggest fool. I am not stupid enough to let the threat of those reapers come through. I am just leaving to return to my home."

"By destroying this reality in the process!" Clockwork shouted. He turns to Kaiden.

"Make sure He does not get near citadel controls." Kaiden nodded and his head turned to James.

"Let us go! We need to lock down the citadel NOW!" James nodded and followed Kaiden. Eon laughed maniacally.

"You fool; it would not matter if you lockdown this place. I still achieve what I need." Clockwork notices that Eon had no response to destroying this reality in the process.

"I stop you, Eon."

"Please. Tennyson. You have no loyalty here. Why help them when you can return home"? Eon smirk grew. He was hitting it where it hurts. Clockwork wavered a bit, but Paradox words hit him back when he first arrived on horizon.

Flashback

"I am afraid you cannot return to your own world due to how much power you use in Alien X."

Flashback End

Clockworks eyes widen. "I see you figure it out. For what it is worth Tennyson I am sorry." Paradox voice rang through Tennyson's head.

"Damm you Paradox" His Omnitrix Bing as he said this.

"What was that boy?" Eon hears that noise and knows the Omnitrix like he knows himself. Ben Omni-tool lit up.

"Tennyson. Where…..." the message was cut off by a blast from eon. C-sec forces opened fire upon Eon. Clockwork had no time to answer that message and went to retaliate against Eon but Eon Dodge and moved towards the central part of the tower. He placed the orb on the controls and started his plan. He also froze the c-sec forces in place.

"No!"

"You can't stop this, Ben!" Eon fired a beam at Clockwork. Ben energises a shield around him. It did not stop the beam and reverted Clockwork back to Ben.

Ben's shocked face came through understanding dawn on him "you had the power to do this and never used it before."

Eon Never looked back "Because where would be the fun in that. You forgot Ben, I am you and you are me. You are not the only one you hold back in power. To be fair to me, I have a bit more rules behind it than you do."

"I will stop you." Ben suffered an injury from Eon blast. He is trying to get up, but his body is not listening.

"How? you have two transformations left and clockwork the only one that can counter my powers" Eon proceeded toward the centre of the tower around a massive ring. Ignoring Ben Completely. His hands conjured energy into blue Ord turning it purple and a mist started forming around him. Ben grips his fists in anguish. Then his eyes widen and hits the Omnitrix.

"Alien X" That halted Eon for a bit and turned slightly, shrugged and went back to his plan.

Inside of X

Ben turns to look at both Serena and Bellicus. "You knew, you were trying to wipe me out of existence. Not keep an eye out for me like Paradox said."

Serena's sad expression showed when she said "yes, we do not blame you Ben, in fact we very much think if the circumstances were different, we would have helped you."

"True if it weren't for Azmuth's new Omnitrix we would have wiped you by now. He must figure we would erase everyone, including you. It is honestly why you can only stand to use three transformations. Our power clashed with the watch and our laws are absolute on the matter. So, it was like a tug of war match between us and the watch." Bellicus said in an angry tone.

"Well, Eon is trying to go back to his home. I need to stop him." Ben shouted at the two.

"We know. It is why we beep the Omnitrix earlier idiot." Bellicus exclaimed angrily

Ben was rubbing the back of his neck. "Oh, sorry."

"Because of Eon. He is making the situation much worse and as much as we want to punish Paradox for bringing you here. Eon is one that causes one Universe to merge with another outside its reality. One where it collapsed on itself and founded a new universe and yours where it was erased." Serena sombre tone.

"So, we are doing a trade of sorts. One where the rest of the Celestialsapien agreed to. You must stop Eon that much is given in the trade and in return you will be in a bind." Bellicus explained.

"A what?"

"A bind. You be binded to this Universe permanently making it your new home as you humans would say. The Celestialsapien will leave you alone and your pet ship of course." Serena smiled happily explaining.

"Will you be staying in the Omnitrix will that complicated matters?"

"Now that is complicated. We cannot leave per say because we are a part of you and vice versa." Serena started.

"So, part of the trade was that you can only use us in an emergency of high importance." Bellicus finished.

"Do reapers count?" Ben asked Hopeful.

"Oh god yes. I was hoping you would bring them up. Fucking breaking the cycle my nonexistence ass. If they were in the old universe Tennyson, the Celestialsapien would wipe them out for the shit they pulled. Breaking so many rules. Though we cannot outright destroy them. If you want to use us against the Reapers, they need to be a Last resort. Where we do not outright help in the war effort and restore those who have turned to Husk. It also has to be one where we have to agree to." Bellicus snapped angrily, though it almost came close to cheerfulness. Ben smiled and for the first time it was a happy one.

"Motion to defeat Eon and stop his plan." Ben chirped.

"Seconded it" Serena shouted cheerfully,

"Motion carried, now go defeat Eon and reclaim your life Benjamin Kriby Tennyson and on behalf of the Celestialsapien we are sorry for the turmoil we gave you." Bellicus shouted.

Citadel tower

Kaiden and James just got back from the control room where they alerted the council of what was going on. As soon as they got back, with some council spectres, they saw the C-sec officers are now frozen and Eon creating a worm hole inside the citadel tower. They open fire upon Eon only for it to be blocked by a force field.

"That fucker creating a worm hole, right within the citadel." Kaiden shouted. Vasir, one of the council spectators that followed to help, saw the Black stargaze figure standing as a statue.

"Who…?"

"Thats Tennyson" Vasir turned to the Kaiden shocked.

"How?"

"I don't know, I just recognise the hourglass symbol on his chest" James ever the soldier decided to brute force the force field only for him to be pushed back by an invisible push.

"Dam," James muttered.

"Motion carried" Everyone froze, especially Eon who turned back towards Alien X.

"Defeat Eon, no matter the cost" Alien X Hover in the air and with just a single flick from his finger, wipe out the worm hole and the blue orb. Eon froze and turned.

"No, Noo, NOOOOOOOOOO!" Eon shouted in pure pain. His mouth gaped.

"That was my ticket home. That…. Oh Fuck" Eon just realised Ben has control of Alien X meaning the Celestialsapien are no longer trying to kill Ben. Alien X turns to the frozen C-sec guards and un-frozen them with a wave of his hand. Alien X head turns back to Eon.

"Let's take this to Omega shall we, Eon." Alien X said emotionless flew towards Eon, clenching his fist which opened a portal Behind eon. Eon fires a blast at Alien X, but Alien X blocks them just by staring at the blast. Eon was grabbed and flew into the portal.

"What the fuck was that. That form of his wiped out a worm hole, with just a finger." Vasir shouted in shock, Horror.

"I need to contact Shepard. He…" Kaiden started but was stopped by councillor Sparatus laying a hand on his shoulder.

"No need. We already know of that form as does Shepard. Everyone here must be debriefed and see a mind healer. No arguments." He heard Yes sirs and understood but one thing is clear to Sparatus the connection there, the reapers must be stopped. He needs to contact Shepard, make plans with Anderson because while Tevos and Valern see the connection themselves their plans are to stop the reaper's arrival before they reach the galaxy. Sparatus is not stupid it took 60% of an alliance fleet to take down one reaper, what chance are we to stop it before their arrival.

Element Zero mines

Eon was tossed across the Ezo mines and shouted back angrily "You can't do this to me!"

"But I can Eon" Both Eon and Alien X came out of the portal, where Eon was tossed like a ragged doll while Alien X was floating beside him. Eon fires a blast of energy at him. Alien X Deflected with his middle finger.

"In the end, it doesn't really matter." Eon desperately gathered as much energy as he could and fired at Alien X.

"Your right it doesn't, Motion carried. Hakai!" Eon blast stops and reverses back into eon, who is now evaporating slowly from the waist upwards. Eon was confused and looked up at Alien X.

"The Bind that you were using to connect back to your universe. It is gone. Your connection to here is gone." Eon eyes widened.

"No, that means I…." He did not get to finish as his body now completely vanished.

"Bep, Beep, Beeeep" A red light flashed. Ben standing there in front of a now gone Eon. Turn and went to catch up with Miranda and legion.

"Ben" Shepard and the crew ran up to Ben. Shepard grabbed him around the shoulder to keep him stable. Ben smiled in return.

"Hey guys, Zs'Skayr, Aria. Eon gone, I did it." Aria nodded.

"Good now, I need to sort out where the hell are my miners. Barak!" She shouted and left to sort out this mess. She does appreciate that Ben cleaned up his mistake.

"Yes Mam, Barak" Barak was following Aria. Shepard chuckled and turned to Ben.

"While she does that…." Zs'Skayr interrupted him.

"Yes, yes, he debriefs you in a minute. Tennyson here" Zs'Skayr floated forward and scratched the Omnitrix. Ben looked up, eyes widened.

"Some spare DNA, now you can turn into Ghost freak. Arg still hates that name. without me. Now if you excuse me, I have a deal with Aria to make." Zs'Skayr left knowing he had done his part. Ben looks to Shepard for answers.

"Aria offered him a place here if he works for her. I think he gave you that transformation as a way to say you are even now." Ben snorted.

"Anyway, we need to head back to the Normandy. The Asari commandos are taken care of and headed back home to give their report. Also, Aria does not want us hanging here more than necessary." Ben nodded too tired to speak. But gives a rundown version of what happens to everyone.

A few hours later.

Ben got a full check up with Dr Chalkwas, then decided he was tired went to sleep down in the Rustbucket. Dr Chalkwas Agreed and said Alien X seems to put a higher strain on Ben body than the other alien does. Ben explained what happened as well as what happened to his old world. So, Shepard told him to take a few hours off. Shepard was glad Ben can transform now without that limiter on him but can see the pain in his eyes of everyone he knew being dead. Miranda said she was going to keep an eye out on him closer. Thane and Zaeed offered to swap places when she exhausted. As Shepard was drafting his report in his quarters, when EDI voice rang through.

"Shepard, a call coming in from the spectre line." EDI Said over the coms.

"Put it up through my monitor EDI."

"Yes Shepard." Shepard's eyes raised a bit when Sparatus' face appeared.

Commander" Sparatus mandibles clicked.

"Councillor? Do what I owe this pleasure." Shepard asks with a raised eyebrow.

Sparatus gets right into it. Leaning forward toward the screen. "Lest not waste time. The reapers, they are coming."

"You believe me now?" Shepard asks with some scrutiny.

"Shepard, I am a Turian that believes in facts, and the evidence is very much growing before my very eyes, I would have said you're delusional before but now…" Sparatus explained.

"But now that the collectors hit a Colney world in citadel space" Shepard finished. Sparatus nodded. Shepard read the spectre reports that went to investigate.

"Their attack was all too similar to the Sovereign attack on the citadel. Tevos and Valern know it too, but they want to stop it before it starts."

"That would be impossible if they managed to get tech above the reapers, I am all for it but as of right now."

"Yes, and that lies the problem. I say this plainly: Shepard, you and I are soldiers. We know what is at stake when a race with that size and power can do." Shepard nodded agreeing with the sentiment. What Sparatus said next shook Shepard.

"The Asari and the Salarians are still trying to cover it up."

Shepard's face turned to shock. "What but the Asari have been helping me…"

Sparatus shrugged like this is normal for him. "Yes because of Ben Tennyson, for some reason when someone has more power than an asari, they investigate and if challenged they kill. I have worked with Tevos for a long time, Shepard, I know how she operates."

"So, she was getting close to me so she could evaluate Ben." Shepard' asked.

"But they moved on for the moment, the attack left the humans rattled. So much so that they started to believe in your stories more and because of that..."

"The Asari are rattled." Shepard had his hand on his face.

Sparatus casualty crossed his arms. "Not so much as rattled more, angry because to me it looks like Tevos was hiding something. I say this due to the fact that when you made the discovery that the collectors were once ancient Protheans. Well, I have never seen her biotics act so erratically. It is funny really, you know that Prothean beacon you meant to retrieve from Eden Prime."

"Yes?" Shepard was confused about where this was leading too.

"That was to be handed off to the Asari, since you know they are a lead except for them. You see where I am going with this… Right"

"They are hiding Prothean Technology."

"And considering the fact they were considered the most advanced compared to most of the other races and were the first to reach the citadel, it is not hard to believe where they got the tech from." Shepard cursed under his breath. He asked about the humans.

"So, what happened to the humans?"

"They calmed down a bit when we said we are helping you defeat the collectors. As well as calm down when we investigate the rampant racism that was going on after the citadel attack..." Sparatus spoke with a shame in his tone.

"You did?" Shepard was at least happy that the humans were not going to be treated like shit because of the citadel attack.

"Yes, so what you next plan"

"We must head to a dead reaper and pick up a reaper Iff. We know where the collectors home world is and to get them, we need it."

"Where?" Sparatus was curious because it could be the Prothean home world.

"The centre of the galaxy star and not the Prothean home world." Shepard could see Sparatus' curious eyes.

"That… Considering who you are against, I have no choice but to accept that. When you receive the Iff. Send over the design, I am working with Anderson to get fleets ready and are readiness to be increased." Sparatus explained.

"Are you going to share it with the Asari and Salarians?" Shepard asked. He would want it to share with the other races so that they have the advantage.

"Not that I have a choice but yes, they know the threat is real and need every advantage they can get as well." Sparatus firmly explained. Shepard then had a thought.

"I have an idea that can help."

"Really and what is that?"

"Krogans" Shepard simply said.

"Shepard…."

"Listen, reapers do not need live forces when they can just take the dead. guess how many clips I wasted when trying to kill a horde of husks, especially when they reuse those corpses over and over?" Sparatus does not answer knowing the situation would be grave for Turian's. They prefer long range tactics. So, a hoarder of husk coming at them would be bad.

"Remembered Wrex, my old companion." Sparatus nodded. How can he not? A Krogan saving the council.

"Well, he can take off a horde of husks, without the need of wasting ammo." Sparatus can see this, Krogans are brutes if nothing else.

"I speak to Anderson about it. He likely agrees and sadly so do I. Is there anyone in particular that I need to speak to if we go down that rabbit hole."

"Yeah, Urgnot Wrex he is a clan leader as well as smaller clans being led by him. He is very much trying to get the Krogans to shape up. He can be trusted and know about the threats." Sparatus nodded. He spoke up after a few minutes of silence.

"Thank you Shepard for the talk and one more thing before I end the call. Tennyson… He."

"Used the power close to a god. I am aware. He debriefed me."

Sparatus nods "Make sure that power is kept in check. He wiped out a worm hole Shepard, which is not an easy feat."

"Understood councillor."

"Goodbye Shepard" The call ends.

"EDI, get me Garrus and Miranda."

"Right away"

In the Rustbucket

Ben laid on his Ben, looking at the old photos of his family, friends, even foes. Tears pricked at the corners of their eyes and the more he looked, the more tears started sprinkling down his cheek. A mournful wail filled the Rustbucket when the next photo was of his cousin and Grampa.

Outside of the Rustbucket. Zaeed, ship, Prometheus, and Thane Heard the wails of a man that lost everyone and thing.
