The story started after K.P. had joined the crew of Tomboy. One night on the open sea, she was attacked by an unknown culprit. In the morning, the crew found her lying unconsciously with a bite mark on her neck. After excluding the participation of outsiders, they realised that the culprit must be among them.

The crew had to do some sailing duities, so everyone scattered around the ship. Brancho stayed by the seal's body some longer. He investigated the wounds one more time, then left to his place on the mast.

- It trully looked like a rodent's teeth - he said to himself. - I have to summon everybody.

He was about to shout, when a hand grabbed his mouth. Then, a familiar voice spoke:

- You're indeed not a birdbrain. It's a pity none of them will know that...
