Chapter 58: RTA #3- Prologue, chapter 1

L- yeah, you came so late to the party.

PROLOGUE

7 YEARS AGO …

“Tiger soup, anybody?”

L- Cannibalism!

M- So... We riff, huh? How do we do that?

L- It's basically public protests. Speak your mind. Make fun of it.

K- Is that how all my experiments aren't going insane?! Talking in the middle of it? I'm gonna kill them...

Tigerwings asked while she cooked. “YES!” Yelled Tigerwing’s twin sister, Tigerfire. “Ahhhh… Nothing is more delicious than my sister’s cooking!!!” Yelled Tigii,

L- (a la Tiggi) "Help me."

Tigerwings’s older brother. Nobody bothered to look at the kitchen as they ate.

M- Plot building?

L- Nice job!

M- Thank you!

A dog so dirty you can’t see his eyes broke in, having stopped time, he took the last remaining soup and said some words, like an old poem the family once heard.

M- "Old McDonald had a farm..."

“Who will save her? She is like lava… Who will see me? You see… Who will be melted? Like Sava

K- Who the hell is Sava?

L- Good job!

K- What?

… Please stop them from solving the prophecy…..” He said as the spell finished.  He then resumed time and left. As the remaining tiger ate her food, her head burst in flames.

L- AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

But she was fine, her eyes started to turn as black as molten rock, her stripes turned the color of red lava. “Tigerfire!” Tigerwings yelled as she looked at her twin. “I AM SUPERFIRETIGER!!! SPEAK NO MORE OF THIS!!!” Yelled at what used to be Tigerfire,

K- "At"? The author of this sucked at grammar.

L- Thank you.

K- Oh... You suck.

She then hopped out the window, with the mysterious dog behind.

CHAPTER 1

THE MOON

(Lexsi inhales, as if reading it with the pause)

PRESENT 

Who is that strange lion? Is she the missing one? Is she even a villian? Thought Foxgirl as she looked at the lion below.

M- She has perfect eyesight if she's looking at someone from the moon!

L- Oh, yeah...

“I don’t know, but I think attacking is the only way if we want to escape the moon.” Said Lapis Lazuli as they got to the snowy ground for the first time in 6 years.

L- Imagine being tortured on the moon and then stepping into Antarctica to die.

“Oh, if it isn’t my twin and her- ugh, annoying friends.” Said Superfiretiger. “No, you cannot destroy us! We are eight, you are four.” Said Foxgirl in a bold voice. “And you just wish you had one more.”

M- Was that improv? The villain is good!

Said Superfiretiger as she striked Foxgirl with a mighty roar.

M and L- (deadpan) Roar.

M- That's what I was thinking!

L- You should riff with us sometime!

“True, but you have our ninth.” Said Peridot as she slashed the evil tiger.``Gemstones-ATTACK!!!” Said Amethyst as Lapis Lazuli, Peridot, Jasper, and herself all used their gem powers to fight the evil ones.

K- Which were....?

“And Moonsties- ATTACK!!” Yelled Present as Daylight, Eclipse, Past, and herself all fought with the cats. “RTA! ATTACK!!”

M- That is one cranky fox.

Yelled Foxgirl as Tigerwings and Dinoboy joined her in the battle. “NOW we are nine.” Shouted Foxgirl confidently.

L- (a la Superfiretiger) "Awww..."

She saw herself in the back of the villains during the battle, she looked at her paws, she looked like the mysterious lion! Have they switched bodies? Impossible, she has her powers! Unless someone made her LOOK like the lion….

K- Interesting... A little more detail would work.

L- If you don't riff you're gonna make this un-fun.

K- That's my job.

 But, how? No one can make me switch bodies, so how? Foxgirl thought. “AHHHH! THE LION!” Shouted herself. “NO! I'M NOT! I’M FOXGIRL!” Foxgirl yelled as she used her super speed. Huh, I was in the same spot, I still have my powers, what happened then?! Foxgirl thought.

M- Her mind is very jumbled up.

“Hey, it’s Foxgirl!” Amethyst said. “Ahh, I look like myself again! That was weird!” Foxgirl said.

K- How do you do this? I can't think of anything!

“It’s no time for tricks, FOXGIRL!” Said herself. “Is it a double? Which one is real?” Asked Eclipse. Foxgirl read her double’s mind. Foolish creatures! They don’t know! They will think I’M the real one soon! Thought the double. “HA! You are fake! I am real!” Said Foxgirl.

K- (a la Foxgirl) "Do you like my proper language?"

L- Good JOB! See?

K- Wow... This is... EASY!

“If you are real, tell me what only SHE would know.” Said Eclipse. “I, Foxgirl, am a very rare fox!

K- Clearly.

I am half fox, half cheetah!”

K- That's not a fox.

Said Foxgirl as she puffed her chest with pride. “My gem name is BLOODSTONE!” “Ugh, I am not real.”

M and K- (a la Lion) "I can't compete with that."

K- MAX! SHUT UP!

M- But that was my joke!

Said the lion. “YOU!” Said Foxgirl. “WHO ARE YOU?!” “Mis-match.” Said the lion.

K- Makes sense.

“Mis-match, LEAVE!” Demanded Foxgirl. “Hey, Foxgirl, you need a rest.” Said Past. “ NO! YOU HAVE NO PART IN THIS CONVERSATION, YOU POINTLESS HUSKY!”

L- Eclipse's strategy rubbed off of her.

Yelled Foxgirl as she pounced on the poor husky. She decided to read Peridot’s mind. She needed answers for the fog storm.

K- (a la Foxgirl) "I feel so mad... I just need to... Change the subject!"

L- At least give us a turn.

K- NO.

“Tell me what you know, CAT.” growled Foxgirl as she let go of past and pinned down Peridot. “FOXGIRL! What has gotten into you?” asked a strangely familiar fox on the top of the hill. “Momenta!?” Foxgirl asked. “Yes, daughter.”

L- If Joel or something was here... We'd get a good laugh.

Said Momenta, Foxgirl’s mother. “Peridot! Stand still!” Said Eclipse as Foxgirl ran towards Peridot. “I saw the future!” 

L- And... Nothing.

1... 2... 3... 4... 5.. 6...

Chapter 59: RTA #3- Host Segment

(Jonah and Emily are drinking tea in the lounge, then they look at us, and do a spit take)

(Cut to SOL "host segment place", where Kinga is looking around at the satellite with Max)

Lexsi: And this is where we talk to the people you exploit us to.

Kinga: My father was a genius. This is an asylum. (notices Jonah and Emily) Oh... You're all here?! (smirks) Great.

(cut to Jonah and Emily)

Jonah: Uh, hey, Miss Forrester, ma'am.

Emily: What do you need?

(SOL)

Kinga: I found out how you're all not dying. Riffing. Right?

(Lounge)

Jonah: Yeah, I thought you knew that...

(SOL)

Kinga: I thought you were joking! Well... I found out what that word means and Lexsi taught me.

(Lounge. Jonah and Emily groan)

Emily: Lexsi...

(SOL)

Lexsi: They were sitting with me. Also, it's my job.

Kinga: And while I've taken a tour of the upper deck of the satellite, I had an idea... The next time you both end up in the Gizmoplex... (chuckles) I'm gonna present an invention that will literally stop you from riffing.

Max: We are? Awesome!

Kinga: It'll be either a Humor-Bot, or I pull an Ursula and try to trade for that voice-stealing potion. It depends on how I'm feeling.

(Lounge)

Jonah: Have fun with that.

Emily: You aren't staying, right-

(SOL)

BEEP! BEEP!

Lexsi: WE GOT STORY SIGN!

Kinga: What's that?

CHAPTER 2

Peridot’s Mind

6 Years Ago

“I’m myself! Good!” Said Foxgirl as she read Peridot’s mind.

M- Why is she thinking that?

“Peridot! Look out!” Said Amethyst as a beam of light sucked Lapis Lazuli, Jasper, and Amethyst into the moon.“No!” Peridot yelled. Is that little Peridot? Foxgirl thought as she crept closer. “You poor kitty.” Said a mysterious grey cat with pink eyes.

L- (deadpan) Meow.

“Rose Quartz, they are gone.” Peridot looked up at the cat. “You go find Yellow Topaz, if not, find Ruby.” Said Rose Quartz. Why is she walking away? She needs to help Peridot! Thought Foxgirl as she followed Rose Quartz. Then, what used to be Rose Quartz turned into a lion. “MIS-MATCH!” Shouted Foxgirl. “You aren’t supposed to be here! I read her mind first!”

M- (a la Mis-match) "Finders keepers losers weepers!"

L- In the kind words of Joel, "Jeepers".

Shouted Mis-match. “What REALLY happened?” Questioned Foxgirl.   “Well, what really happened is that Peridot got scared and shot a gemstone across the sky.” Mis-match said. Then they saw a gemstone across the sky. “Hello whoever finds this gem, please follow it, I don’t care when, when I walk, it will draw eyes and hands, please find it, whoever stands.” Peridot mumbled.

L- There are so much poems in this- JUST STICK TO ONE.

Then she used a gem boat to go across the water. “We have to follow it!” Foxgirl said. “Let me say this, it took 3 years to travel. And 3 years for the person who saw the gem to travel. As soon as she got there, she saw the, well, dog.” Mis-match said as she sped up time. “Eclipse! That explains the stray cat and stray dog in the prophecy!”

K- We missed that, didn't we?

Foxgirl yelled as they saw the dog and cat in the fog storm. And they found little Foxgirl, little Tigerwings, and her sisters. “Time is up…..” Said Past.

M- Aww, everyone's so little!

CHAPTER 3

PRESENT

RTA HQ 

“How am I here?!” Asked Foxgirl as she woke up in her bed. “We pushed you when the mega eclipse happened. Well your mom wanted to tell you what happened.” Said Tigerwings.

K- Mega Eclipse?

L- Eh.

“Hello.” Said Foxgirl’s mom.

ALL- Who?

“Don’t tell me that our people got sucked into the moon.” Foxgirl whimpered. “Eclipse and Peridot got sucked into the moon.” Foxgirl’s mom said as she hugged Foxgirl.

L- The current Momenta would never act like this.

“NO!” Foxgirl sobbed.  “I understand how you must feel, dear. Losing someone can be hard. When your father went into battle with the Dinosaurs, he got poisoned and died. I was devastated, believe me.” She said.

K- (a la "Mom") "Believe me."

“Do you think they died?” Asked Foxgirl. “Impossible. Not when I joined the RTA.” Smiled Mis-match. “I knew you would come to your senses!” Smiled Foxgirl.

M- What made her decide?

THE END

K- Finally.

EPILOGUE 

M- Awww...

K- OH COME ON!

ON THE MOON…

1 YEAR LATER

“Spinel?” Asked a grey cat with orange eyes. “Yes Sardonyx?” Asked Spinel. “Are you worried that people will find out about our powers?” Asked Sardonyx.

L- Awww, what a nice throwback.

It was a night on the moon, the only rare sight was life. That was because of the Earth’s superheroes. Can they make a story of their own?

Which the second generation might be the answer to this question. 

K- Isn't this how every arc ends?

L- Yeah...
