Demi ducked his head behind the container as more workers passed by him. They had guns at the ready.

Demi: Titans. Can you hear me?

No response from the communicator. He had to handle this alone. He quickly snuck by the workers before they noticed him. He was now underneath a weapons table. He saw a worker walk in through a door that might lead to the primary office. That could be where Balck mask is right now.

Demi: Alright. I'm taking this a-hole down.

He managed to traverse through the giant room manufacturing these weapons, knocking some workers out, and got to the other side of the room, the office door in sight. Before he walked in, he felt a tug on his pocket. Whatever it was, it was tugging him to the energy source on the work table.

Demi: Hey. What the--

He pulled out the device in his pocket. The same device that brought him to this world. He got it closer to the energy source, and it started reacting.

Demi: It can't be.

He lightly touched the source with the device, and it charged back up just like that. He might have found a way home. Home.

Demi: I'll deal with this later.

He knew the stakes if he didn't take this guy down. He went back to the office door and kicked it open, revealing no one but a table in the back of the room. On the table was another weapon, but why would it be in here?

Black Mask: You're persistent. I'll give you that, kid.

Demi pulled out his sword and pointed it behind him towards Black Mask, the man who orchestrated all of this.

Demi: Nice to finally meet you, Sionis.

Black Mask: Yes. I didn't think you'd be this cheerful after my little experiment, which turned out beautifully.

Demi: Where'd you get this stuff?

Black Mask: Since you're about to die, I suppose I'll tell you vaguely. The League of Assassins found this stuff from a meteor. Once I heard my old pal Deathstroke was in town, I made a deal. And now nothing will stand in my way of taking back this pathetic city.

Demi: Not on my watch. Or their watch. I don't know, I'm trying here.

Black Mask: Heh. There will be no trying. Only succeeding!

He pulled out a giant missile and fired it at Demi, which sent him out the window to an old underground arena.

Black Mask: Ironic. Isn't it? The fact that you're about to die because you couldn't stay out of my way?

Demi: Ow... Don't flatter yourself. I'll take you down. And if I don't, someone will.

Black Mask laughs at his confidence, amused by his choice of words. He jumps down as yet another mech rises from the opening in the ground. He lands in the cockpit, preparing his weapons.

Black Mask: So childish. But once I kill you, I'll make sure your dear Titans pay the price for the mess that put me in!

He quickly fires a mini gun at Demi, but he manages to take cover behind an open platform. Demi then kicks the platform to the Mech's head, blocking its vision. He then begins to slash at its legs, trying to take it off balance. However, it explodes with that energy, knocking Demi back to the wall.

Black Mask: It's over, kid. Accept that for a nice, swift death!

The Mech activates its thrusters, grabs Demi, and sends him upwards through the ceiling and out to the surface. The Mech follows quickly after.

Demi: Ugh... I deserved that...

The Mech unleashes an energy sword out of its forearm and tries to slash at Demi, who manages to block it with his own. The Mech was strong, and the pilot was enraged, but he was also being clumsy. Demi could use this. He quickly moves out of the way before it slashes again.

Demi then engages it in combat. A depressed teen versus an overpowered mech. Quite the climax, huh? Demi gets pinned to the ground at one point, but throws his sword up and lets it hit the back of the Mech, giving him a quick escape.

He then climbs up the Mech, grabs his sword, and pulls down, creating a giant cut on its back.

System: Warning; Hull breach!

Black Mask: Argh! You'll pay for that, you stupid kid!

Demi: Sure, I might be stupid...

The Mech then tries to stab Demi, but fails as he jumps on its arm and cuts it clean off. He learned that from last time.

Demi: But I'm brilliant at it!

He then stabs the Mech in the chest, where its core was, and leaped off it. The Mech begins to overheat with the energy, causing Black Mask to eject and get away before it explodes. Demi holds him to the ground.

Demi: You've been REJECTED! Get it? R(ejected)? I thought that was funny.

The cops showed up to take Black Mask, but where were his friends? They never showed up. He tried his communicator.

Demi: Hey, guys? I got Sionis, but where are---

Starfire: Demi?! Get back to the tower, now!

Demi: What? What's going on?

Starfire: It's Nightwing, he's... been corrupted! We need help here!

Demi: I'm on my way!

He quickly uses his grapple to get back to the tower as fast as he can. When he got there, Nightwing was on the walkway, moving erratically with his batons.

Demi: What the hell?!

Starfire: You're here. There's a demon in him! It's corrupted his mind. We need to hurt him to knock it out, but we can't get close!

The corrupted team leader used his devilish power to try to break the walkway. Demi then got in close and kicked him in the head, but it wasn't enough. It knocked him back to the ground.

Demi: Nightwing! I don't wanna hurt you! You can fight it!

Nightwing: No... I'll kill you, boy!

Demi knew that voice. It could only be from one monster, but let it slide to focus.

Demi: Alright. Sorry, pal!

He then kicked Nightwing right in the leg, causing it to break, but forcing the demon corrupting him out. He fell unconscious as Demi ran over to catch him.

Demi: Hey. Hey Dick. C'mon, man!

Starfire: You saved him. We need to get him inside!

Just then, they felt a rumbling noise that could be from the roof. When they looked up, a weird power was surging into the sky, and Raven's scream could be heard from miles. Just then, a man forms from that power, with red skin and freaky horns. It descended to the ground.

Demi: Is that---

Starfire: Yes. Trigon.

He turned around to see them standing there.

Trigon: We meet again, boy.
