"Alright guys! Go on and lower it down now!" she called out. Mini decided to supervise the airship construction. She didn't entirely trust any of the members, except for her executives, after a certain incident with a crane machine and a boa constrictor. As she looked over the blueprints, Riley walked over, "Been workin' hard princess?" she asked, "Hardly working," Miranda jokingly said, "Ditto," Riley replied. They stood in silence for a moment, with Mini looking over the blueprints still, before Riley spoke, "So, uh, Mins?" Mini looked up at Riley, staring at her with a soft smile, "Yeah?" she asked, "I, uh..." Riley swallowed hard, stifling her nerves, "I was wondering, if, um..." Mini tilted her head slightly, confused, "If you were...busy...at all this week?" Riley finally got out, "Well, I can't exactly leave the building at the moment and none of us can go on heists until we're out of the building, so...no, not really, unless you count supervising construction work and paperwork...why?" She asked, "W-Well, uh...I was...um...wondering..." she started, before the nerves became too much for her, "If...you could teach me sign...? I remember vaguely you said you could, and, uh...I dunno, thought it'd be a useful skill!" Riley said, smiling nervously, "damn it, Riley..." she thought to herself "Oh, yeah! sure! I wouldn't mind!" Mini said, smiling, "I'm pretty fluent, growing up with a mute person, y'know," she said, happily, "It'll have to wait for a bit, maybe we can try starting next week?" Riley nodded, "Y-Yeah, sure! Of course!" she said, "Oh, speaking of paper work, actually, I need to work on some coding stuff for the airship, could you take care of some paperwork for me? I'd ask one of the other executives, but Sven's supervising construction overnight, Burt's on security, Smith's gone home to see his family, and the others have some kind of other work...only free exec is Hat Girl, but she's been working all week and I don't wanna push her much more," Mini asked, eyes glued to the blueprints, "Oh yeah sure, already on it!" Riley quickly said, rushing away, "Oookay then!" Mini called out as Riley left, "Wonder what she was nervous about...?" she added.

"Cheers!" Cheers filled the room as members celebrated, glasses clinking and cheers being chanted, "To the Leader!" one group shouted, "For the Toppats!" shouted another. The airship was almost completed, it only needed some final finishes inside. As such, the clan took a night to celebrate. In about a week they'll be gone from here, and this building will be empty. Everyone had already moved into rooms on the airship, and the building had been gutted and emptied. Cables were wired about, waiting for explosives to be attached to blow up the building when they left. Miranda stood by her lonesome on a balcony, staring out into the starry sky. She held mock champagne in a tall glass in her hand, sipping it every now and then. She didn't really drink, alcohol wasn't her thing. She was dressed in a nice, glittery, sleeveless dress, fading from dark blue to a deep royal purple at the bottom, laced with white fluff at the bottom and around the chest. The dress vaguely covered her heels, which were the same deep royal purple on her dress, and dark blue satin sleeves that sat just beneath her shoulders, more fluff lining them. She had gold, dangling earrings with sapphires set in the metal, and pearls tied closely to her neck. She breathed in the chilly, cool autumn air, the chill feeling like ice on her throat. It felt nice compared to the hot room inside, heated from all the people gathered in the one area. She held the glass up to the air, cheering people who had long died, "Look where I'm at now, dad and papa," she said, smiling softly, "...I wish you guys were here to see it..." she said, tears threatening to ruin her mascara, "Granted, I wouldn't be here if you were!" she chuckled to herself, "I miss you..." she finally added, soft, timid, and quiet. Soon the door opened, and a friend came to check on her, "You alright, princess?" Riley asked, joining the elegant woman at the railing, leaning on it and crossing her arms in front of her. She was dressed in a nice red blazer, a button up pressed nicely on, and tucked into her gray dress pants. She wore a nice gold watch and red bow tie around her neck, "Just reminiscing the old times," she said, softly, "Yeah?" Riley said, looking up to the sky, "Sure looks pretty out tonight, doesn't it?" Mini asked, "Just like you," Riley quietly said, completely zoned out, "What?" Mini asked, turning to Riley with confusion, "I said it sure do!!" Riley said in a panic, "Um...Yeah...Gonna miss it a little when we're up in the air..." Mini stated, smiling softly. Riley shrugged, "I mean, it's probably gonna be better in the sky...no clouds or nothin'..." Mini shook her head, "The clouds are what adds to it. Especially when the sun sets just enough that you can still see the stars, while being able to see the pretty blues and pinks..." Riley nodded, "Yeah, I think I get it." She adjusted her top hat, before softly elbowing Mini, "Why don't we head back in? It's cold," Mini nodded, "I think I've cooled off enough," she said, standing up straight. Mini offered her arm, smiling warmly at Riley, "shall we?" she asked. Riley gave a quick nod, before escorting the Toppat leader in, their arms linked. Inside the building, Mini and Riley joined a group, chatting peacefully as others drank, ate, and cheered. Riley looked over to Mini. She seemed so happy for once. Like everything that happened in her childhood had finally washed away from her and cracked the broken and cold exterior she once had. She probably would have been caught dreamily smiling at Mini if it weren't for her noticing someone slipping something into Mini's drink while she was distracted. Riley quickly spun back to see who did it, but they were long gone. Riley looked back at Miranda, lifting the drink up to her lips before Riley quickly palmed it out of her hands, shattering the glass on the floor, "What the hell, Riley?!" Mini called out, confused and panicked, "We need to get you out of here, Mins!" Riley said in a panic, "What?! What's going on?!" Mini asked, worry washing over her, "Someone slipped something into your drink," Riley explained, quickly grabbing her arm and dragging her off, "Someone find that asshat!" Riley shouted out. Despite it not coming from their leader, the other Toppats followed Riley's commands while another group went to inspect what exactly was dropped into Mini's drink. As Mini and Riley went off to safety, Mini eventually took off her heels to be able to run faster, "Thanks for catching that...!" Mini said, loosing her breath, "Yeah! Maybe cover your drinks better!" Riley said, not in a rude or blaming way, but more in a worried and concerned way, "Yeah. I let my guard down! I shouldn't have." The two quickly darted into Riley's old room, which was nearby, "Hey, Miranda, Burt and I are setting the place into lock down. The tablet that vas put in your drink vas ricin. Someone's trying to kill you," Sven said. Mini's stomach dropped slightly as she listened to him speak, "Shit," Mini squeaked out, panic thumping in her chest, "Damn...least I caught ya, huh?" Riley said, before noticing Mini was spiraling into a panic attack, "Hey, hey, Mins, I'm here, hold up," she said, gently grabbing Mini's hands, "I-I almost died. If I drank that I w-would've died tonight...! I wasn't p-pay attention, had it been anyone else...i-if-" Mini said, her panic not dropping, "Mini look at me. Miranda!" Riley said, somewhat shouting the second time, causing Mini to silence herself, "No one's gonna hurt you now...you didn't drink it. No one else drank it. I knocked the drink out of your hands. Understand?" Mini nodded, "Even then, you can go back if someone dies, right?" Mini nodded, "It still hurts..." Riley sighed, "True...but it didn't happen, right?" Mini nodded, "Then don't panic. You're alright...everything is alright..." Mini sighed, closing her eyes momentarily before nodding, "Thank you..." Riley nodded, "Of course...now, let's wait for..." Riley saw an unfamiliar face dart past the door, looking around for a way out, "...wait here...I'll be back," she said, standing up straight, "What? Why?" Mini asked. Riley pulled out her gun out, leaving the door, "Just wait..." She said, before leaving the room as she snuck up behind the person attempting to escape the scene of the crime. As she raised her weapon, she whistled into the silence, causing them to freeze and turn, "Ya ain't getting out of here, bud," she called out, before shooting the perpetrator. As soon as she confirmed they were dead, she spoke into her radio receiver, "Got 'em. The guy that tried to kill Mins is dead." She then returned to Miranda, "Hey, should be safe to come out now." Mini nodded, "Thank you," as they left the room, Riley gave a stretch, "It's been a long night. I've had a bit to drink, I'm gonna head in for the night...want me to walk you to your room, too...?" she asked, offering a hand, "...Yeah, that would be nice. Thank you..." and to the airship they went.

Harriet jogged with a large group of people, attempting to keep pace as the group shouted out military cadences, "Your daddy was home when you left!" the drill sergeant shouted, "You're right!" the group chanted back. Harriet was unfortunately too tongue tied to shout with them, but mouthed along anyway, signing as well, "Your sister was home when you left!" she heard, "You're right!" they shouted back. She looked beside her, her best friend Coraline jogging beside her, enthusiastically chanting along, "Your brother was home when you left!" drill sergeant called out, "You're right!" Coraline shouted along. It was kind of Harriet's fault they were jogging, "The dog was home when you left!" "You're right!" she had gotten herself in trouble again during roll call, "The cat was home when you left!" "You're right!" and got the whole group brought down with her, "The fish was home when you left!" Coraline kept pace as she shouted, "You're right!" Harriet may or may not have done it on purpose, "Your mommy, your daddy, your brother, your sister, the dog, the cat, the fish was home when you left!" they all heard, "You're right!" Coraline had been talking all week how they hadn't had much to do, "And that's the reason you left!" "You're right!" so Harriet may or may not have become a little more 'clumsy,' "I left my home!" her feet were starting to hurt and grow numb, "To join the army!" but that was the price to pay when she was going to be stupid, "The day I left!" Harriet looked at Coraline again, so focused on keeping pace, "My momma cried!"  Coraline shouted out. She then took notice Harriet was staring at her, "Stay focused, Hari," Coraline quietly said, causing Harriet to shake her head and look forward, "She thought that I," Harriet started to loose pace, her legs weakening, "Would surely die!" Coraline slowed herself to keep up with Harriet, "You got this, Harriet, c'mon!" Coraline signed to her, causing Harriet to speed up, "I left my wi-" soon, Harriet tripped over herself, taking a quarter of the group with her, "Private First Class Stickmin, can't keep pace?" Harriet pulled herself off the ground, legs weakened, "Lieutenant Calvin, why don't you escort your little friend to the sidelines before she takes the rest of us down with her?" the drill sergeant barked, Coraline sighed, "Yes sir!" she called out, "C'mon, 'Stickmin,'" Coraline teased. Harriet would've rolled her eyes at Coraline if the drill sergeant wasn't still watching. She felt her face flush with embarrassment as she and Coraline shuffled down to the sidelines to wait for the others, "So, what do you think he's gonna make you do this time?" Harriet shrugged, "I just wish he'd let up on us sometimes..." she signed, "It's the military, Hari, they don't ever let up," Harriet looked up, sighing, "...You do know I know what a fake trip looks right, right?" Harriet looked over confused, "Huh?" she quietly said, out of breath, "When you got us sent to he march, your 'trip' during roll call? That's not what a real trip looks like," Coraline said, causing Harriet to shrug, "You said you wanted something to do," Harriet explained, "Don't risk your military carrier on me, Harriet. If I want to march, I'll trip myself!" this caused Harriet to laugh, before being called over by Charles, "Coraline! Harriet! Come over here!" He called out. Beside him stood Henry, scarred from previous battles over the years, along with the robotic enhancements that were permanently apart of him now, along with Ellie Rose, scared up in similar fashion. With her stood two others, new recruits, Mathew Rose and his sister, Bellamy. To Harriet's knowledge, Bellamy was a weird case. She didn't exist in previous timelines, though she didn't seem to skew the timeline with her existence. Still, the C.C.C. had come after her a few times. Honestly, it wouldn't be the first time they came after either of their families, considering Ellie herself has a chaos rating, "What's up?" Coraline asked, "We have a bit of a situation that Henry and I thought you two would be a great help for," Charles started, "What do you need us to do?" Harriet signed, "Come with me, I'll explain more at the tent." Charles said, spinning on his heel and marching forward, "Saved by the General," Coraline joked, elbowing Harriet before following the group, Harriet marching along.

"T-minus 15 minutes until the airship takes off," Riley said into an intercom, "I will not hesitate to leave y'all behind. Gather the rest of your things and board the airship." After the assassination attempt, Mini brought Riley on as one of her executives. It meant more work, but also more time with Mini, so Riley didn't complain. Today was the day, they were taking to the skies finally, though it was only a matter of time until the military infiltrated. They were ready for them. Most of the Toppat members were armed with guns, and those who weren't were armed with melee weapons. Riley was in control of keeping everyone in check in the storage area, which was where everyone was boarding, while Miranda was up in the cockpit, getting everything ready for take off. The other execs were finishing up their final tasks around the building and airship, such as arming the building with explosives, or doing the rest of the paperwork in the airship. Suddenly, Riley heard helicopters over head, "We got company!" she called into the radio, pulling out a machine pistol, a bat strapped to her back, "Right on schedule!" Miranda replied, "Keep up the pace with boarding, make sure everyone gets on, no man left behind. We can't risk the army having intel on us," Riley nodded, "Yes ma'am!" soon, gunfire sounded as military attempted to push their way on board, "Let's move, y'all, c'mon!" she shouted, shooting back at the military barging in. Riley just managed to catch a small group sneaking past, "Miranda, there's a group headin' towards you," she said through the radio. She would've followed if the gunfire didn't mean getting her head shot clean off. She'd have to go around. Meanwhile, Harriet, Coraline, Bellamy, and Mathew made their way towards the cockpit, Harriet leading the way, "This is similar layout to the old airship..." Harriet quietly said, "Oh yeah, you were a Toppat," Mathew noted, "I grew up as a Toppat," Harriet corrected, "You know where the cockpit is, then?" Coraline asked. Harriet gave a nod, "Follow me," Harriet went forward, feet padding softly as she ran tiptoed across the ground, attempting to keep quiet. They soon stopped, a group of guards up ahead. Harriet counted on her fingers to her group, before they all snuck up behind the group, grabbing hold of them and choking them unconscious, "Let's keep moving," Coraline said, running forward. As they approached the cockpit, they were soon stopped, by another group of guards, opening fire on them, "Harriet! Go ahead! We'll keep them back!" Bellamy shouted. Harriet gave a nod, receiving options. She quickly rushed forward, selecting launch pad. She tripped on herself upon landing, "Dang, last time I chose something Aperture Science related I ended up getting shot by a turret," She thought to herself, running forward, before being stopped again, Mini freezing in her tracks by a woman she didn't recognize, but the glare in the red heads eyes jogged her memory, "Shit, Riley," Harriet thought to herself, "Oh I remember you, you're that Stickmin girl Mini talks about," Riley said, before motioning her forward to fight, "C'mon then!" she called out. Harriet had options once more, Ball, Teleporter, Right Hook, or Run in. She first chose ball, which incased her in a plastic ball. She launched it forward, only for her to get stuck in the door as Riley dived out of the way, "Dumbass," Riley stated, before shooting through the ball and directly into Harriet's face, bringing her to the fail screen. She sighed, waiting for Miranda to let her out. Soon the woman appeared, though she didn't look at her, "You're lucky I need you..." she coldly said, allowing Harriet to press retry before retrying herself. Harriet went through every option, before that god forbidden piece of shit was the only thing left...Harriet selected teleporter, warping out of Riley's view and vanishing into thin air, "...What...the hell...?" Riley said, confused. Soon, Harriet stood before Mini, who stood staring out the window by herself, "...Mira-" Mini quickly rushed at her, grabbing her by the arm and flipping her onto her back, slamming her into the ground, "Come on, you came to capture me. Fight, Harriet, fight!" Harriet stood in pain, staring at Mini. She wore rage on her face, angry that Harriet would even show her face here as she threw a punch, "C'mon, fight me, Harriet! Fight!" Mini kept attacking Harriet as she continued to block, before socking Mini in the stomach, knocking her back as she gripped her stomach in pain, "...there we go..." Mini motioned Harriet forward, "Fight me..." she said. Harriet sighed, "Fine..." Harriet ran over, swinging her fist as Mini grabbed hold of her and shoved her away, punching her left then right. They kept going like this until Harriet landed a good hit on Miranda's face, causing her to look away as blood trickled from nose and mouth. Miranda spat out a tooth, before looking at Harriet and lunging at her, grabbing her from the neck and choking her out, "You ruined everything for me!" she screamed, "My life! My family! We were friends! We were supposed to be friends!" she screamed as Harriet clawed at Mini's arms, vision beginning to fuzz and blur, "You ruined my life! Y-You-! You-!" Mini's tears fell onto her hands as she loosened her grip, and let go, Harriet choking violently,"You left me..." she quietly said, "Wh-What...What am I doing...?" She quietly asked herself, looking at her hands, "...We're supposed to be friends...a-and you...you left me...to join the military..." Miranda said through tears, pulling herself off Harriet and the ground, "I don't want to kill you..." Harriet caught her breath as Mini began to break down, "M-Mi...randa...?" Harriet squeaked out, "...I'm sorry...I just wanted to find my dad," she said, "Your dad is who killed everyone we knew! Everyone!" Mini couldn't even wipe her tears away, "He killed my parents...h-he..." Harriet stood up finally, before holding her arms open for a hug, "I'm sorry, Miranda..." She quietly said. Mini looked up at Harriet, quickly wrapping her arms around her former childhood friend, sobbing into her shoulder, "...This was all a stupid idea..." Harriet quietly said, before letting Mini go, "...I gotta go before the other's get here...I'm roughed up enough to for the others to call a retreat..." she said, "Hide somewhere, so it looks like you got away or something." Mini nodded as Harriet left, "Goodbye, Mini..." as Harriet left, Riley spoke into the radio, "Mins, are you alright?! I lost track of-" Mini stopped Riley, "Let her go..." Riley spoke in confusion, "Huh? But I-" Mini interrupted again, "I-I'll tell you later, just...just let her go..." she said, "Fine...I'm coming over, though, hang tight." Mini sat next to the door, unable to stop the tears falling down her face. She didn't want to blame Harriet anymore, she didn't want to be angry at her anymore...she was just so, so exhausted, "Everyone's on board now Mins, we should-" Riley started, before seeing Mini's state, "...You alright?" Riley softly asked, "Give the Military time to leave...they'll retreat soon..." Riley nodded, before sitting beside her, "...I'm guessing she got here?" Mini nodded, "I swear, when I find that woman, I'm gonna-" Mini put a hand on Riley's arm, "N-No, no...it's fine...we...we're somewhat cool now..." Mini said, "...huh..." Riley calmed herself, hearing military shout out to retreat, "...Let's get this thing up and running..." Riley said, standing, "I can take care of it if ya just wanna rest?" Riley offered. Mini nodded, not saying anything else as Riley silently started up the airship and got them into the sky. As soon as they got to cruising altitude, the airship filled with cheers. Mini sat on the floor, her tears and blood had mostly dried now as Riley came and sat next to her again. Not saying a word. Mini rested her head on Riley's arm, starting Riley a little before she patted the woman's head, soon wrapping an arm around her, "...I'm so tired of fighting, Riley..." Mini quietly said, "I know...you wont have to anymore, hun..." Riley assured. As they sat quietly, Riley noticed Mini's weight shifting as she fell asleep, "...dumbass...you didn' sleep last night, did ya...?" she questioned no one. She soon stood, picking up Mini, and taking her to her room. As she stepped out the leaders room, she began her walk back to her room, before being caught up with Burt, "She alright?" he asked, startling Riley, "Jesus Christmas! Get a bell!" Burt didn't acknowledge her panic, he simply just repeated himself, "Is Miranda alright?" Riley sighed, "She's fine...passed out on me after fighting a military that got to the cockpit...don't think she slept last night," she said, "Better than she could have been," Burt said. They were quiet for a moment as Riley continued to her room, "...I've noticed you two are pretty close with each other..." he started, "Break her heart and I will skin you alive with a butter knife..." Riley felt her soul leave her body, she wasn't expecting to be threatened today like this, especially by a man who she thought was the laziest person in the clan, "Y-Yes sir!" she quickly stated, "Good. Get some rest then, big day tomorrow and such," he said, taking his leave. Riley breathed a sigh of relief before entering her room, "...damn, is it that obvious...?" She asked the air, "...I knew Burt was observant, but not that observant..." She soon flopped onto her bed, the clouds passing by her window. They finally made it. Riley sighed, closing her eyes before slipping into sleep.

Harriet laid in her bed, staring up at the ceiling. She and her father lived with both the Calvin's and the Rose's. It was pretty much how things had to be, considering they were typically the groups that were put together for missions. She lifted her arm, looking at bandages that wrapped around from wrist to elbow, covering some cuts from her fight with Mini. This wasn't unusual for her, she always ended up with wounds she needed covered one way or another. She had so many scars she couldn't tell you where she got each one. She sighed, leaving her bedroom as she went to the kitchen for a snack. It was pretty late, about 4 in the morning almost. It wasn't fairly common for her to wake up in the night, but when she did it was typically from hunger. She opened the fridge, scanning it's contents, before sighing, "We have nothing in this stupid house..." she mumbled, "Why're you up...?" Coraline asked, walking down the hallway, tire bringing bags under her eyes, "Hungry..." Harriet said, "Same..." Harriet sighed, "We have no food..." she said, "Want funnel cake fries from Rally's?" Coraline asked, laughing when Harriet's neck almost snapped from the velocity of how fast she turned her head, "Yes please...!" Harriet said, quiet but excited, "Get in the car, let's go," Harriet quickly ran out the door as Coraline grabbed her purse and car keys. Soon, they were off, driving in the silence as Harriet turned on the radio, "How's the arm?" Coraline asked, "Doesn't hurt as much anymore..." Harriet said, "That's good. Can't believe the Toppat's are back, I mean, I thought Henry took them out!" Harriet sighed, "Yeah...can't believe it..." Coraline noticed Harriet's change in demeanor, "Oh, right...sorry, I forgot...y-y'know..." Harriet looked up out the front window, "The current Toppat leader...she...she was my childhood best friend," Coraline kept her eyes on the road, taking a left turn into the ramp to the highway, "Oh yeah? What am I? A roach?" She asked, smiling, "Oh shut up!" Harriet said, laughing,  "We were unstoppable together," she continued, smiling softly, "We'd get ourselves into so much trouble...when we were younger, our parents tried to keep up in a stable house on the ground...we'd see our parents on the weekend, and Sven and Burt- uh, two other Toppats, they would switch out once a month to look after us..." she put her head in her hand staring out into the stars, clouds slightly obstructing the view, "She would've loved this view...she always loved the stars," Harriet noted, "...one day, instead of the usual pick-pocking we'd do, we decided to rob a gas station..." Coraline nodded, "And how'd that turn out?" Harriet shrugged, "Pretty well, actually...until the police realized the 'grenades' we were holding were avocados," Coraline started laughing, "That's so stupid...how much would you have gotten away with?" she asked, "10 grand...not much, to be honest," Harriet answered, "Ah," Her best friend acknowledged as Harriet recollected her thoughts, "It ended up with Burt being arrested, and us almost being sent into foster care...Dad decided it would be best to move us onto the air ship after that..." She shook her head, "You already know most of what happened after but...unlike me, Mini- m-my friend, she stayed. When Henry attacked the airship, it ended up with both of her parents killed...she...from what I can tell, she hasn't been the same after that..." she said, sadly, "I-I...I see. So she rebuilt the clan to get revenge..." Coraline came to conclusion, "No, no. I don't think it's revenge, she would've killed me if that were the case..." Harriet said, "I think...she just didn't want to lose what her parents made. It's all she has left of them," Coraline nodded, "Oh..." They continued their drive, making a small detour for Harriet to attempt to steal a stop sign while Coraline attempted to stop her. As they pulled into the drive though of their destination, Harriet's lips sealed shut, "Yeah, can I get four orders of funnel cake fries, a sprite, two root beers, one Pib, a sweat tea, and, um...two Coca colas?" she asked, "Yup! Is that all?" the employee asked, "Yeah, that's all," Coraline replied, "Alright, go ahead and pull up to the next window!" As Coraline rolled up the window, Harriet poked her, signing to her, "Might as well get the others donuts, at least Charles will be awake," Coraline nodded, "Yeah, you're probably right," as soon as they got their food, they quickly picked up a box of donuts and began their trek home, "...Coraline?" Harriet asked, "Yeah?" Harriet swallowed hard, nervousness making her tongue tied, "N-Nevermind..." Coraline looked at Harriet, "No, what do you wanna say?" Harriet looked away from Coraline, covering her face, hiding something, "It's nothing, I don't even remember," Coraline rolled her eyes, "Fine, keep your secrets, magic man," Harriet laughed, "I completely forgot about that video!" Coraline started laughing with her, smiling softly, "You look so pretty when you laugh," Coraline soon said, making Harriet blush softly, "Thank you...?" she quietly said, slightly confused, "Thank you for getting me funnel cake fries," Harriet then said, "Of course, you're my friend, I'd get a whole box full of funnel cake fries." Harriet smiled smugly, "Would you let me steal them?" Coraline shook her head, "No, you are not getting us banned from another restaurant, we already can't go to McDonalds," Harriet started laughing, "I'd do it again!" she exclaimed, "No!" Coraline laughed as she pulled into the driveway, "Help me with the food," she said, "But I have two cups of Funnel Cake Fries," Harriet whined, "You made me drive out to get food, and pay for it. Least you could do is help me bring in the food," Coraline said, annoyance in her voice but mostly humor, "Fine, fine," Harriet said, grabbing some of the drinks and helping to bring them inside, "Oh hey! You guys got breakfast!" Charles said, having already had his coffee, "Yeah, I couldn't sleep and Harriet was hungry, so we left at 4 am for food," Coraline explained. Charles tilted his head, confused, "It does not take an hour to drive to and from the city..." Chares stated, "We may or may not have taken a detour," Coraline said, "I really wanted the road sign..." Coraline sighed, "And I really wanted to hit you with my car, but we can't both have what we want," she said, putting the food and drinks on the island counter in the kitchen, before handing a coke to Charles, "Soda for you," she said, grabbing her sweet tea once he grabbed his soda, "Why thank you." She then put the rest of the drinks on the fridge, grabbed two cups of funnel cake fries, and left for the living room, turning on the TV. Harriet soon joined her, sitting next to the woman and leaning on her, "...Tired?" Coraline asked. Harriet nodded with her eyes closed, "That's what happens when you wake up at 4 in the morning," Coraline teased, "Shut up..." Harriet punched her in the thigh, causing Coraline to laugh, "...Harriet?" Coraline asked, "Yeah?" Coraline wrapped her arm around Harriet, "You're the biggest dumbass I know," Harriet laughed, "You crashed a helicopter into a building," Coraline shrugged, "Didn't deny I wasn't dumbass. It takes one to know one!" Harriet sighed, shutting her eyes again, before slowly lulling herself into slumber. Coraline followed after once she finished her food.
